Abstract:
A ratchet wrench includes a head with a ratchet wheel, a first pawl unit and a second pawl unit received therein. The first pawl unit includes a first pawl and a second pawl, and the second pawl unit includes a third pawl and a fourth pawl. The first and second pawl units are controlled to be engaged with the ratchet wheel so as to provide sufficient number of teeth to be engaged with the ratchet wheel. The ratchet wrench outputs sufficient torque with a small angle of rotation.
Abstract:
A wrench includes a driving unit located in the head of the wrench. A rod extends through the driving member and includes a stepped recess so as to control a bead in the radial hole of the driving member to secure a socket connected to the driving member. A rotary member is connected to the head and includes a room. A locking member is located in the room and locked to the driving member. A fixing area is formed between the locking member and the driving member so as to fix the locking member and the driving member together. The fixing area ensures that locking member is not separated from the driving member.
Abstract:
A torque adjustment device of a torque wrench includes a handle having a passage defined axially therethrough, and a driving head is connected to one end of the handle. A torque adjustment unit is located in the passage of the handle and includes a stationary member, a threaded shaft threadedly extending through the stationary member, a rotary member and a spring. The shaft includes a threaded rod that extends beyond the rotary member. A sleeve is mounted to the threaded shaft. A rotary unit includes a tube which has a mounting section and a threaded section on two ends thereof. By rotating the tube, the rotary member and the threaded shaft are rotated relative to the stationary member so as to compress the spring to set the output torque value. A knob is then threadedly connected to the threaded rod to secure the output torque value.
Abstract:
A ratchet wrench includes a handle having a hole in which a driving unit is located. A control member is partially engaged with the hole and connected to the top of the driving unit. The driving unit has a pawl engaged with the toothed face of the hole of the handle. A bead is movably received in the protrusion of the driving unit and cooperated with an operation rod. The operation rod is connected with a positioning unit located in the circular recess of the control member. The positioning member has a nut, a spring and a press disk. The nut is connected to the connection rod. A flange extends from the top of the nut. The spring is engaged between the flange and the press disk which is movable within the circular recess. A locking member extends through the press disk and is connected to the operation rod.
Abstract:
A ratchet wrench includes a wrench body, a ratchet assembly and a C-ring. The wrench body has a driving head at one end. The driving head has a cavity therein and a retaining groove defined in an inner periphery of the cavity. The ratchet assembly is mounted in the cavity of the driving head. The C-ring is configured to retain the ratchet assembly in place and defines an outer portion and an inner portion. The C-ring has two free ends, and at least one of the two free ends has an oblique face with a pointed edge towards an inside of the C-ring, which is allowed to pry the C-ring moving inward to be detached.
Abstract:
Apparatuses and methods for scanning channels in a television signal receiver. The apparatuses generally include a first acquisition circuit, a second acquisition circuit, and a controller. The first acquisition circuit is generally configured to determine, during a first time period, whether a selected radio frequency channel has a first format and to produce a first acquisition indicator in response thereto. The second acquisition circuit is generally configured to determine, during a second time period overlapping the first time period, whether the selected radio frequency channel has a second format and to produce a second acquisition indicator in response thereto. The controller is generally configured to scan a plurality of radio frequency channels by operating the first acquisition circuit and the second acquisition circuit for each one of the plurality of radio frequency channels. Embodiments advantageously provides for faster scanning and acquisition of television signals in a mixed-format (e.g., analog and digital) television distribution environment.
Abstract:
A ratchet wrench having easily assembling structure includes a body, a D-head, a loose ratchet, a heart-shaped spring, a disc and a ring. The body has a head portion. The head portion has a through hole. A plurality of teeth is uniformly defined on the through hole. The D-head is rotatably disposed in the through hole and has a connecting member and a threaded member. The loose ratchet is disposed on the D-head. The heart-shaped spring has a closed tip. The disc is disposed on the head portion. A shouldered hole is opened on the disc. A ring is disposed onto the shouldered hole. The ring is disposed onto the shouldered hole. Under this arrangement, a user engages a tool bit with the connecting member of the present invention to lock a bolt by repeatedly rotating the body of the present invention clockwise/counterclockwise.
Abstract:
A ratchet wrench includes a wrench head, a ratchet assembly and a bushing. The wrench head is made of metal and defines a cavity therein. The ratchet assembly is disposed in the cavity of the wrench head and has an outer configuration corresponding in shape to a periphery of the cavity of wrench head and being slightly smaller than the cavity of the wrench head. The bushing is made of a metal with a hardness greater than that of the wrench head and is fitted in a clearance defined between the ratchet assembly and an inner wall of the cavity of the wrench head. Moreover, the bushing has a substantially consistent thickness so that the bushing has an outer periphery and an inner periphery both corresponding in shape to the periphery of the cavity.

Abstract:
A digitizer includes an analog to digital converter (ADC), a sampling frequency generator, and a controller. The ADC samples an IF signal to generate a digital signal. The sampling frequency generator is connected to the ADC and provides a sampling clock of variable frequency to the ADC. The controller is connected to the sampling frequency generator and determines frequency of the sampling clock.
