摘要: A small water-cooling type electronic component cooling apparatus is provided. The electronic component cooling apparatus comprises a so-called water-cooling heat sink 3, a radiator 7 cooled by an electric fan 5, first and second coolant paths 9, 11 for circulating a coolant between the heat sink 3 and the radiator 7, and an electric pump 13 to supply a moving energy to the coolant. The electric pump 13 is arranged at a position facing the heat-radiating portion of the radiator 7.

摘要: A cable is sandwiched between a first inner wall surface of a peripheral-wall-side pressing wall portion and a first inner wall surface of a cap-side pressing wall portion, between a second inner wall surface of the peripheral-wall-side pressing wall portion and a second wall surface of the cap-side pressing wall portion, and between a third inner wall surface of the peripheral-wall-side pressing wall portion and a third inner wall surface of the cap-side pressing wall portion to crank the cable to form a cranked portion of the cable. The peripheral-all-side pressing wall portion and the cap-side pressing wall portion sandwich the cranked portion therebetween. Thus, defective soldering may be prevented between a plurality of lead wires and a core-wire soldered portion to which core wires of the lead wires are soldered and connected.

摘要: An electric fan is provided, including a labyrinth structure with increased performance of preventing entry of a liquid into a receiving space to receive a stator and a rotor. A clearance is defined between an opposed wall portion of a base and an opposed wall portion of an impeller body, which are opposed to each other in an axial direction of a rotary shaft, to form a labyrinth structure. The opposed wall portion of the base and the opposed wall portions of the impeller body are shaped to form a volume expanding portion within the clearance. The volume expanding portion is constituted from a groove portion for expanding the clearance, having a volume larger than other portions within the clearance.

摘要: The present invention provides an axial-flow fan capable of entirely cooling an object to be cooled even when the distance between the object to be cooled and an air discharge opening of the axial-flow fan is short. A plurality of stationary blades 11A to 11E are disposed at intervals in a rotating direction of a rotor and located inside an air discharge opening 16 of an air channel 19. Each of the plurality of stationary blades 11A to 11E has an external end portion 11a connected to an inner wall portion of a fan housing 3, an internal end portion 11b connected to a peripheral wall portion 11B of a motor case 10, a discharge-side edge portion 11c formed between the external end portion 11a and the internal end portion 11b and located at a side of the air discharge opening 16, and a suction-side edge portion 11d formed between the external end portion 11a and the internal end portion 11b and located at a side of the air suction opening 14. An outer surface of the bottom wall portion 10A of the motor case 10 is located closer to a side of the air suction opening 14 than the discharge-side edges 11c of the plurality of stationary blades 11A to 11D are located.

摘要: The present provides a heat-emitting element cooling apparatus which has a higher heat-emitting efficiency than that of conventional heat-emitting element cooling apparatus. A heat-emitting element cooling apparatus 1 includes a heat sink 7 and a fan unit 5. The heat sink 7 has a base 33 onto which a heat-emitting element is to be mounted, radiation fins of a first type 35, and radiation fins of a second type 37. The radiation fins 35 extend from an upper surface 33A in an upward direction. The radiation fins 37 extend from either of two side surfaces 33B and 33C in either of rightward and leftward directions. The radiation fins 35 and 37 continuously extend in forward and rearward directions respectively.

摘要: The present invention provides a component cooling apparatus in which it is possible to suppress resonation of a fan housing due to the rotation of the fan. Four extended portions 33A, 33B extending into an air suction opening 25a are integrally formed with the duct 5. Projected portions 35A, 35B projecting toward the fan 3are integrally formed with the extended portions 33A, 33B respectively. The end portions of the projected portions 35A, 35B are arranged in contact with end portions of corner portions which are located around the housing-side mount holes 21a of the flange portion 21. The fan 3 is fixed inside the duct 5 by inserting a mounting member such as a screw and a bolt into each pair of a housing-side mount hole 21a and a duct-side mount hole 33a with four housing-side mount hole 21a and four duct-side mount hole 33a being aligned with each other. Accordingly, the fan housing 11 and the duct 5 are not in contact with each other except at mounting portions around the housing-side mount holes 21a. The mounting portion of the fan housing 11 and the mounted portion of the duct 5 are in contact with each other only at peripheries of opposing openings of each pair of the housing-side mount hole 21a and the duct-side mount hole 33a that have been aligned.
