    摘要： A method for transmitting a data block in a wireless communication system and a transmitter are provided. The transmitter transmits the data block to a receiver and generates a retransmission block for the retransmission of the data block if it is determined that the transmission fails. The transmitter determines whether the channel access is performed according to a transmit time of the retransmission block.
