The micro reactor of the present invention comprises a housing having first and second inlet ports and an outlet port formed thereon; and a plurality of substrates stacked in the housing, wherein the substrate has a space formed at a central portion thereof in one direction; a plurality of first channels extended from one side thereof to the space and corresponding to the first inlet port; and a plurality of second channels extended from the other side thereof to the space and corresponding to the second inlet port; wherein a portion between two neighboring first channels corresponds to the second channel and a portion between two neighboring second channels corresponds to the first channel to form sequentially reaction interfaces of the first and second fluids in the space.

[Summary]The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing polymer particles and a method for manufacturing the same. The present invention provides an apparatus and a method, by which polymer particles having excellent monodispersity and homogeneous physical properties, such as homogeneous cross-linking degree and polymerization degree, may be efficiently prepared. In the present invention, particles having excellent monodispersity with the desired particle diameter, and also having a high cross-linking degree or a core-shell or core-double shell structure may also be effectively prepared. In addition, the processes for manufacturing said polymer particles are exceptionally reproducible in the present invention. Additionally, the present invention provides an apparatus which may effectively control particle diameter, shape, cross-linking degree, polymerization degree or structure, and the concentration of solid content in a polymer solution, and the like, depending on the intended purpose, and a method thereof.

A system is provided for transferring a substrate of a flat panel display between the processing stations of a flat panel display manufacturing line. The system includes a transfer device that transfers a transfer container in which a substrate is loaded, a container loading and unloading device that loads and unloads the containers on and from the transfer device, and a substrate loading and unloading device that transfers the substrates between the container and processing equipment located at the respective stations. The transfer device includes a track mounted on a facility floor and a plurality of wheeled carriages that move programmably along the track by means of linear motors. The system enables substrate transfer time to be reduced substantially, yet provides robust protection of the substrates throughout the transfer process.

An exemplary embodiment of the present invention provides a ventricular assist device cannula with electrodes, including: a connecting tube connecting an incision of a body tissue and a ventricular assist device so that blood can flow; and electrodes connected with the connecting tube and contacting the incision of the body tissue to transfer an electric signal to the body tissue.
