    摘要: An organic light-emitting display device wherein an IR drop across a first electrode can be prevented. The organic light-emitting display device includes a substrate; a plurality of stripe-shaped first electrodes disposed on the substrate and extending in a first direction; a plurality of stripe-shaped first insulators extending in a second direction to cross the stripe-shaped first electrodes; a plurality of stripe-shaped second electrodes disposed between the stripe-shaped first insulators to extend in the same direction as the stripe-shaped first insulators and cross the stripe-shaped first electrodes; an intermediate layer disposed at positions where the stripe-shaped first electrodes and the stripe-shaped second electrodes cross and including an emission layer; and first conductors disposed at positions where the stripe-shaped first electrodes and the stripe-shaped first insulators intersect and between the stripe-shaped first electrodes and the stripe-shaped first insulators.

    摘要: A backlight unit for a liquid crystal display device (LCD), and an LCD including the same are disclosed. One embodiment of the backlight unit includes an organic light emitting element in which the efficiency of light extraction is improved without decreasing productivity to achieve high brightness and a low consumption power. The backlight unit includes a substrate, an organic light emitting element formed on the substrate, and an encapsulating member attached to the substrate to enclose the organic light emitting element. The backlight unit further includes a scattering film on one of surfaces of the substrate, the organic light emitting element and the encapsulating member to prevent light emitting from the organic light emitting element from being totally reflected.

    摘要: An organic light emitting diode (OLED) display device for displaying a white color using a first color and a second color that are complementary to each other. The OLED display device includes a substrate, a lower electrode on the substrate in a first direction, a first organic layer on a first region of the lower electrode and having a first EML for displaying a first color, a second organic layer on a second region of the lower electrode and having a second EML for displaying a second color that is complementary to the first color, and an upper electrode disposed on the first and second organic layers in a second direction crossing the first direction, wherein the first organic layer has a different thickness from the second organic layer.
