Abstract: Disclosed are a communication method, equipment, system, and computer storage medium. The method includes: establishing, by a first network node, a stream control transmission protocol (SCTP) association pool with a second network node, where the SCTP association pool includes at least one SCTP associations; selecting, by the first network node, from the SCTP association pool, an SCTP association for signaling transmission; and performing, by the first network node, via the SCTP association, the signaling transmission with the second network node.
