Abstract: Embodiments of the present application relate to the technical field of communications. Disclosed are a carrier cell establishment method, an electronic device, and a computer-readable storage medium. The carrier cell establishment method includes: determining a type of a carrier; when the type of the carrier is an irregular type, fragmenting the carrier to obtain one or more carrier fragments, wherein the irregular type comprises a first type and/or a second type, the bandwidth of the carrier of the first type is continuous and different from a preset standard bandwidth, and the bandwidth of the carrier of the second type is discontinuous; establishing a physical cell according to the one or more carrier fragments; and establishing a carrier cell by configuring a protocol stack corresponding to the physical cell.

Abstract: Disclosed are a method for handover between base stations, a telecommunication network architecture, a controller, and a readable storage medium. The method may include generating, by the UE, a channel resource report, and sending by the UE, the channel resource report to the source base station; generating, by the source base station, a handover command according to the channel resource report, and sending, by the source base station, the handover command to the target base station, where the handover command carries an AMF identifier; acquiring, by the target base station, a first connectivity status between the target base station and an AMF corresponding to the AMF identifier, according to the AMF identifier carried in the handover command; and performing a handover, by the target base station, by adopting a corresponding preset handover method according to the first connectivity status.

Abstract: A method for beam failure recovery includes performing, in response to a non-empty intersection existing among time domain resources corresponding to beam failure recovery processes of N frequency domain bandwidths, any one of the following methods: selecting the beam failure recovery process of one frequency domain bandwidth among the beam failure recovery processes of the N frequency domain bandwidths, performing the beam failure recovery process of the selected frequency domain bandwidth, and terminating or suspending beam failure recovery processes of the unselected frequency domain bandwidths; combining the beam failure recovery processes of the N frequency domain bandwidths into a single beam failure recovery process and performing the single beam failure recovery process; or performing the beam failure recovery processes of the N frequency domain bandwidths simultaneously. Here N is a positive integer greater than 1.

Abstract: Methods, apparatus and systems are described for preamble aggregation in a random access procedure. In one embodiment, a method performed by a wireless communication device for preamble aggregation is disclosed. The method includes: transmitting, to a wireless communication node, a first message comprising a number of copies of a preamble for an access to the wireless communication node, wherein the number is an integer larger than one, and wherein the copies of the preamble are carried by different uplink random access channel (RACH) occasions respectively; and monitoring, within a response time window, for a second message comprising a response to the first message from the wireless communication node, wherein all of the copies of the preamble are transmitted before the response time window expires.
