    摘要: A machining center includes two independent carriages supported so that they can slide along respective longitudinal translation axes by two parallel horizontal rails fixed in a raised position to a supporting structure. The carriages support respective machining heads which can move along two respective translation axes. The machining heads support respective tool holding spindles in a rotatable manner about a horizontal rotation axis (Yr′, Yr″) by virtue of rotary support means. A workpiece holding table is supported at the base of the supporting structure. Two mechanized tool magazines are supported at the opposite longitudinal ends of the supporting structure and are accessible by the spindles. The rotary support and/or the workpiece holding table can rotate about a respective vertical axis.

    摘要: An assembling equipment is for attaching a component to a workpiece. The assembling equipment includes a platform, a conveying mechanism, a first attaching mechanism, a film removing mechanism, and a second attaching mechanism. The conveying mechanism transports a positioning assembly carrying a workpiece to a first station. The first attaching mechanism attaches a first component with a protective film to the workpiece at the first station. The conveying mechanism transports the positioning assembly to a second station, and the film removing mechanism at the second station removes the protective film from the workpiece. The conveying mechanism transports the positioning assembly to a third station. The second attaching mechanism at the third station attaches a second component to the first component on the workpiece to be connected together. The assembling equipment reduces manual labor intensity and labor costs and improves efficiency of production and the product quality.

    摘要: A machine tool includes a clamping mechanism for clamping/unclamping rotation of a rotary table. A load is measured when an unclamping command is output and then the rotary table is rotated after a set time set in the timer passes, and the set time of the timer is changed in response to a magnitude of the measured load. In this way, it is possible to prevent the clamping mechanism from being damaged due to a subsequent command given before unclamping ends, and extend a life span of a component.
