摘要： The present invention relates to an airbag cushion and an airbag system including the same, and particularly to an airbag cushion, including: at least one fabric; and seam parts connecting the fabric, wherein deviation of upper seam thread length per a unit length of the fabric between the first seam part sewed in forward direction and the second seam part sewed in reverse direction in the seam parts is 15% or less, a method of preparing the same, and an airbag system including the same. The airbag cushion of the present invention is superior in working stability and unfolding performance because of the optimized properties of the seam parts, provides superior shape stability and air-tight effect at the same time, and can protect a passenger by minimizing the shock given to the passenger.

摘要： A zigzag sewing machine for sewing fabric, comprises, a sewing machine housing which has a base portion which underlies an upper arm portion which is supported on a column extending upwardly from the base portion. A needle bar pendulum is mounted in the upper arm for swinging back and forth motion and a needle bar is mounted therein for upward and downward motion. A feed mechanism is located in the base portion below the upper arm and it includes a movable fabric support which is engageable with the workpiece to move it selectively in either a forward or backward direction. The drive mechanism for driving the feed mechanism and for controlling the swinging movement of the needle bar is contained in the base portion and it is operated under the control of a plurality of control cams by an operating element which is moved by depressing a key in a wall of the base portion so as to vary the type of stitch pattern which is effected.

摘要： This disclosure relates to a direct drive feed mechanism for sewing machines which is driven by an electronically controlled reversible electric motor and includes a linearly operable feed dog mechanism which is compact in structure and modular in nature. More particularly, the disclosure of this invention relates to a novel four motion feed mechanism for a sewing machine wherein reciprocating feed motion of the feed dog is initiated by a reversible electric motor which in turn is controlled by electronic logic means. Because of the novel structure of this invention, the feed of the fabric by the machine can be readily controlled so as to be capable of producing a plurality of programmed feed patterns.

摘要： A feed regulator clamping device for a sewing machine, operative during the feed of a work material to insure retention of a selected feed against feed back of forces from the feed dogs. The device includes a clamping plate supported by a feed shaft to extend between the feed regulator and a stationary object such as a boss of the sewing machine frame. A face cam affixed to the feed shaft, which also supports feed cams, engages with the clamping plate during the feed of the work material thereby to cant the clamping plate and create a frictional connection between the feed regulator and the sewing machine frame.

摘要： An automatic back-tack feed control mechanism for the work feed regulating system of a sewing machine which feed regulating system includes a rock shaft and a feed block adapted to influence movement imparted to a feed dog for transporting work fabric transversely of the work surface of the machine according to a selected stitch length. A stitch length selector dial located on the machine includes a reverse feed button connected through a rock arm ultimately to the rock shaft so as to tilt the feed block for reverse feed motion of the feed dog for back tacking. At one preselected stitch length, back tacking is automatic for a predetermined number of stitches since the depression of the reverse feed button actuates a latch lever which locks the rock arm in a reverse feed position until a ratchet mechanism also set in motion by depression of the reverse feed button causes disengagement of the latch lever and rock arm whereby the feed dog is again placed in a forward feed mode. Camming means are also provided so that manual, non-automatic, back tacking can be performed at other selected stitch lengths.

Various elements of the mechanism are arranged to move in planes parallel to the plane of movement of the feed control slide to provide mechanical simplicity and reliability and avoid adjustment sensitivity and operating noise. Preferably, the control slide is spring biased to a forward feed position and moved to a reverse feed position by the linkage so that the mechanism may be engaged or disengaged at any point in a machine cycle whether or not the machine is operating.
