摘要： A fabric bulk bag and a method for constructing the same, the bag including a continuous sidewall, a top portion, and a bottom, all defining a bulk storage space therein; the bottom further comprising eight sides which define an octagonal shape having an enlarged footprint so that the bag wall is sewn to the bottom in less time than a round shaped bag, yet when filled stands more upright with less tendency to lean than the current square shaped bags thereby providing a safer more dependable stacking bulk bag. In the method of producing the fabric bulk bag, the bag is constructed in less time than the prior art round bottom bags, uses less wall fabric than prior art square bottomed bags and when constructed and filled, supports itself more stable on a floor or pallet because it provides substantially more base for the product to rest on. In other embodiments, the bag would be multi-sided with greater than four sides.

摘要： A material web fixing device is used as part of a filter bag manufacturing installation. A material web transport device is used to transport at least two material webs, which fixed together at a distance from one another by at least one fixing seam, along a transport direction. A plurality of sewing units each have stitch forming tools configured as a sewing needle and a looper which interact with a thread. The material webs can be passed through between said stitch forming tools in the transport direction. An excess thread production unit is used to lengthen a thread path between the material webs. The excess thread production unit is arranged between the material webs in the thread run during operation. As a result, a material web fixing device is obtained, which allows filter bags to be produced with larger bag openings, particularly with larger opening extensions between the material webs.

摘要： The present disclosure provides a vehicle side airbag device including: a side airbag, housed inside a side support section of a vehicle seat, that inflates and deploys toward a vehicle front side upon being supplied with gas from an inflator, the side airbag including: a bag body that is formed in a bag shape; a front-rear left-right partitioning cloth that partitions the bag body into a front bag section and a rear bag section, and that partitions the rear bag section into a left and a right chamber in a row along a vehicle width direction in an inflated and deployed state of the bag body; and a tether, provided at at least one chamber of the left or the right chamber, that bears tension in the inflated and deployed state, and that restricts inflation of the at least one chamber toward the vehicle front side.

摘要： The present invention relates to an airbag cushion and an airbag system including the same, and particularly to an airbag cushion, including: at least one fabric; and seam parts connecting the fabric, wherein deviation of upper seam thread length per a unit length of the fabric between the first seam part sewed in forward direction and the second seam part sewed in reverse direction in the seam parts is 15% or less, a method of preparing the same, and an airbag system including the same.The airbag cushion of the present invention is superior in working stability and unfolding performance because of the optimized properties of the seam parts, provides superior shape stability and air-tight effect at the same time, and can protect a passenger by minimizing the shock given to the passenger.

摘要： A side airbag device has: a side airbag that inflates and expands at a time of a side collision, and that has a lower chamber (high pressure chamber), and an upper chamber (low pressure chamber), the high pressure chamber and the low pressure chamber being formed by base cloths (a lower base cloth, an upper base cloth) that are respectively separate bodies; an inflator; a partitioning wall that is formed by a portion of the lower base cloth, and that divides the lower chamber and the upper chamber; and a check valve that is provided at a partial region of the partitioning wall, and that is provided convexly toward the lower chamber side when the side airbag is not inflated, and that permits flowing of the gas for inflation from the upper chamber side to the lower chamber side, and restricts flowing of gas in a direction opposite thereto.

Panels can be matched and assembled into products based on the codes, and quilting, cutting, slitting and other operations can be controlled by printed codes and other data. The quilting and combining of the panels for assembly of a mattress product can be carried out manually or automatically using the data.
