摘要: A door pop-up system includes a check link, which is rotatably coupled to a body of a vehicle, and a pressure member, which is rotatably arranged inside a door. The check link has a tip portion to enter the inside of the door. The pressure member presses a tip of the check link in a movement direction of the check link in which the check link moves as the door in a closed position is actuated to be opened. The door in a closed position is actuated to be opened by rotation of the pressure member and pressing of the tip of the check link with the pressure member. The pressure member has a pressure surface at which the tip of the check link is pressed. The pressure surface has a restriction surface to restrict displacement of the check link in a height direction.

At least one spring element is provided via which the screw nut can be subjected, at at least one end region of the adjustment screw, to a force directed away from the end region.

摘要: The invention relates to a drive device for a hatch of a motor vehicle, wherein the drive device comprises two drive sections that are linearly moveable relative to each other between a retracted position and an extended position, wherein the drive sections are spring biased against each other into the extended position by a spring arrangement, wherein an end stop is provided to limit the drive motion between the drive sections to the extended position. It is proposed that the end stop comprises a damping arrangement with a deformation zone, wherein during a drive motion into the end stop, depending on the speed of the drive motion, the damping arrangement damps the drive motion mainly based on plastic deformation of the deformation zone.

The device includes a reciprocating part 21 that can move forward and backward in the device's longitudinal direction, locking parts 101 that can be engaged with or disengaged from the reciprocating part 21, and that lock the movement of the reciprocating part 21 when engaged with the reciprocating part 21, a first elastic part 24 that applies force to the locking parts 101 so as to move the locking parts 101 in the direction that disengages them from the reciprocating part 21, a second elastic part 29 that applies force to the locking parts 101 so as to move the locking parts 101 in the direction that engages them with the reciprocating part 21, and holding means 102 that hold the first elastic part 24 in a condition for storing an elastic force that is larger than the maximum elastic force of the second elastic part 29, and that prevent the elastic force of the first elastic part 24 from acting against the second elastic part 29 when the second elastic part 29 moves the locking parts 101 in the direction that engages them with the reciprocating part 21.

摘要: A control curve arrangement includes a base member having a first control curve, a switch element separate from the base member and having a second control curve, a pressure portion to be displaceably supported along the first control curve and the second control curve, and a spring device for applying a force to the pressure portion. The pressure portion, in the first operating position and in a first movement direction, is displaceable along the second control curve of the switch element. The pressure portion, in the second operating position and in a second movement direction opposite the first movement direction, is displaceable along the first control curve of the base member. A timing element is operative between the base member and the switch element, and the switch element can be transferred from the second operating position into the first operating position by the timing element in a time-delayed manner.

The door is supported by the housing and is movable between a closed position and an open position. The sensor is exposed when the door is in the open position. The primary actuator is operable to (i) apply a first force on the door to move the door from the closed position to the open position and (ii) apply a second force on the door to move the door from the closed position to the open position when the first force does not move the door into the open position.
