    摘要: A force-measuring device (1) with a parallelogram linkage has a measurement transducer coupled to it. A coil (25) of the transducer has guided mobility in a magnet system (27) and can carry an electric current (24). A position sensor (21) detects the deflection of the coil (25) from a balanced position relative to the magnet system when a load is placed on the force-measuring device. The electric current (24) flowing through the coil (25), by way of the interaction between the coil and the magnet system, returns the coil and the movable parallel leg to the balanced position. A system-characterizing means (29) is established in a processor unit (26). The system-characterizing means and an unchangeable system reference means (30) are compared to determine the functionality of the device. The functionality is verified by the magnitudes of the electric current and the deflection of the coil from its balanced position.

    摘要: A weighing cell based on the principle of electromagnetic force compensation and having an optoelectronic position sensor that includes a light source, a light receiver, and a shutter vane. The light receiver functions to generate a position sensor signal corresponding to a deflection of the shutter vane from a zero position which occurs as a result of placing a load onto a load receiver of the weighing cell. A controller functions to regulate compensation current in response to the position sensor signal in such a way that the shutter vane and the movable parts of the weighing cell connected to the shutter vane are returned to the zero position by the electromagnetic force between a coil and permanent magnet system of the weighing cell.

    摘要: The coil that is installed on a lever is obtained from a flat coil, which is wound flat so as to generate upper and lower winding regions that are parallel to the direction that the lever extends along a vertical surface that is parallel to the direction that the lever extends. The magnetic circuit is provided with multiple plate-shaped permanent magnets that face the upper and lower winding regions of the flat coil and are magnetized in a direction that is orthogonal to the vertical surface, and yoke members that induce lines of magnetic force of the permanent magnets so that a magnetic flux of an orientation that is orthogonal to the vertical surface is generated.

    摘要: Weighing apparatus of the electromagnetic load compensation type is disclosed, including a load support connected for movement relative to a frame, a mechanical-transmission ratio-establishing lever connecting the load support with a compensation coil arranged for displacement relative to a permanent magnet arrangement connected with the frame, a position-responsive circuit for supplying compensation current to the coil for creating an electromagnetic force that reacts with the permanent magnet field to maintain the load support in its initial no-load condition, and indicating means for displaying the magnitude of the applied load as a function of the compensation current. To permit the use of the lever in different lever-ratio-establishing environments without the use of attendant balancing weights, the compensation coil is tapped to define a pair of coil portions (28a, 28b) that are alternately energized by a switching device (42) to apply different forces upon the load support.

    摘要: The invention relates to an apparatus for the contactless coupling of a suspended part 9, provided with a magnet 12 and located in a housing 6 to a force measuring device outside housing 6 and which is provided with a controllable electromagnet 1. Unlike in known apparatuses of this type, the position change of the suspended part 9 is recorded in absolute terms with respect to housing 6 and used for controlling electromagnet 1. This gives greater freedom in the design of housing 6, which can now be designed for a wider temperature and pressure range than hitherto, because no longer is it necessary to take account of a distance measurement through the housing wall.
