    摘要: An electrical card connector (100) includes a receiving space (10) for receiving an electrical card, and includes an insulative housing (1) and an ejecting mechanism (4) retained in the insulative housing (1). The ejecting mechanism (4) includes a movable slider (41), a coiled spring (42) urging the slider forwardly and a link rod (43) for controlling the slider to be positioned at a first position or a second position. The slider (41) includes a heart-shape groove (414) for guiding and limiting a movement of the slider (41) and a bulge (417) located at front of the heart-shape groove (414). The bulge (417) defines a second inclined plane (4171), the second inclined plane (4171) faces the heart-shape groove (414) for facilitating inclining movement of the link rod (43).

    摘要: An electrical card connector (100) includes an insulative housing (1), a number of contacts (2) retained in the insulative housing, a metal shell (3) covering the insulative housing for defining a receiving space, a slider (4) moveably assembled on the insulative housing, a spring member (5) biasing the slider, and a pin member (6). The slider includes a base portion (41) and an actuating portion (42) sidewardly protruding from the base portion into the receiving space. The slider has a guiding slot (410), an inner heart-shaped slot (411) connecting with the guiding slot, and an outer cam slot (412) connecting with the inner heart-shaped slot. The pin member has a first end (61) secured to the insulative housing and a second end (62). The second end is normally guided in the inner heart-shaped slot but guided to the outer cam slot when a card is improperly inserted.

    摘要: A mobile phone capable of injecting/ejecting a SIM card includes a main body and a SIM card connector. The main body includes a housing, a display screen, a plurality of keypads, a circuit module, and an antenna. The housing has a SIM slot. The SIM card connector is mounted in the housing, having a shell, a plurality of terminals mounted in the shell and connected with the circuit module, an opening formed at the shell and corresponding to the SIM slot, and an injecting/ejecting device having a linear cam, a spring, a positioning member, and a heart-shaped groove formed at the linear cam. In light of this, the mobile phone allows the user to change the SIM card externally without opening the housing of the mobile phone, thus being very convenient for the changeover of the SIM card.

    摘要: An ejection mechanism includes a top cover, a bottom cover having a first sidewall and a second sidewall, and a sliding assembly. The sliding assembly includes a sliding block and an elastic rod. The sliding block defines a containing groove which is divided into an insertion rail and an ejection rail. The sliding block is configured to move back and force between the first and second sidewalls. A first distal end of the elastic rod is fixed in a fixing hole of the first sidewall. When the card is inserted into the ejection mechanism, the second distal end slides along the insertion rail until the second distal end is locked in a joint of the insertion and ejection rails. When the second distal end of the elastic rod disengages from the locked position by an external force, the second distal end slides in the ejection rail.

    摘要: An ejection mechanism includes a top cover, a bottom cover having a first sidewall and a second sidewall, and a sliding assembly. The sliding assembly includes a sliding block and an elastic rod. The sliding block defines a containing groove which is divided into an insertion rail and an ejection rail. The sliding block is configured to move back and force between the first and second sidewalls. A first distal end of the elastic rod is fixed in a fixing hole of the first sidewall. When the card is inserted into the ejection mechanism, the second distal end slides along the insertion rail until the second distal end is locked in a joint of the insertion and ejection rails. When the second distal end of the elastic rod disengages from the locked position by an external force, the second distal end slides in the ejection rail.
