    摘要： The present invention relates to a single-hole puncher with ease of alignment comprising a base and a punching unit; the punching unit is disposed on the base; a hole is disposed on the base in a position corresponding to the punching unit; a L-shaped right-angle receptacle with two vertical flanges is disposed between the base and the punching unit; the punching unit and the right-angle receptacle are vertically disposed facing each other. Since the L-shaped right-angle receptacle of the present single-hole puncher allows convenient and efficient paper alignment, the present invention, in comparison with available single-hole punchers, has the advantages of being simple in construction, easy to operate, convenient to be carried around and of high punching efficiency and precision. It can also punch binding holes of various distances in between. The structure of the L-shaped right-angle receptacle can be widely applied to various types of single-hole punchers and even two-hole (multiple-hole) punchers.

    摘要： An apparatus for trimming a ring from the neck of a blow molded plastic bottle includes a reverse punch for cutting a ring from the neck and positioning the ring on the punch shaft and a ring stripper for cutting one side of the ring on the punch shaft and pulling the other side of ring from the shaft. The ring stripper includes a hook for engaging the ring and pulling the ring against a blade. The blade severs the ring and the hook then strips the severed ring from the shaft for disposal.

    摘要： A sandwich grill includes a base support housing having a vertical support member supporting a fixed die and a movable die disposed for cooperative opposed relationship for confining a sandwich therebetween. The dies include shearing elements for shearing excess sandwich material from the dies and are supported on arms that also provide shearing action for shearing the material to permit it to drop into a scrap or waste tray disposed beneath the dies. The dies are heated by electrical heating elements connected in a control circuit including thermostatic and timing controls for selecting temperature and time on the grill. The movable die is operated by a lever and cam arrangement which moves the movable die in a vertical path and then in a pivotal path for moving the die vertically away from the fixed die and pivoting backwards out of the way. The dies are removably attached to the device and may provide for the selective replacement of the dies of any selected configuration, such as that of a fish as shown in an alternate embodiment.

    摘要： A starburst pattern die is provided for cutting starburst patterns through multiple layers of sheet stock, in the formation of package liners or pads of the sheet stock for nestably receiving fragile articles in the starbursts. The starburst is characterized by an arcuate center part with the rays of the pattern defining the circumference of the part. This configuration precludes entanglement of the stacked sheet stock in the cutting process and permits ready separation thereof without tearing. The die for this pattern consists of a cylindrical center knife with a circular cutting edge and a plurality of radial knives butted thereto and extending outwardly therefrom, all mounted in the face of a cylindrical base block.
