Abstract:
A paper punch includes a plurality of punch seats movably disposed along a slide board mounted on a base, a press board pivotably connected to the base to press punch heads of the punch seats, and a plurality of control members respectively disposed on the punch seats and operable to releasbly lock the punch seats on the base. Each punch seat has a force transmitting member movably disposed on a die holder to transmit a pressing force of the press board so as to press the punch head downwardly to perform a firm and stable punching operation.
Abstract:
The present disclosure provides an automatic electric punching apparatus that can automatically punch documents or paper sheets by lowering a screw punch blade by means of a screw while being rotated in conjunction with driving of a motor due to switching.
Abstract:
A sheet hole punching device has a device frame bearing-supporting a plurality of punching members, a driving rotation shaft, a drive motor, a gear mechanism transmitting a rotation of the driving rotation shaft, cam mechanisms converting the rotational movement into vertical movement, and a motor control device. The gearing mechanism includes drive gears fixed on the driving rotation shaft and receiving gears to engage with the drive gears to transmit the rotational movement to the punching members. The cam mechanism includes cylindrical cams formed integrally to the punching members and cam followers fixed to the device frame. The cylindrical cams are provided with V-shaped groove cams to reciprocate the punching members between an upper dead point and a lower dead point. The punching members are rotated in one direction to punch holes in a sheet, and subsequently rotated in a reverse direction to punch holes in a following sheet.
Abstract:
A punch press device has a lift that can move up and down with respect to a workpiece and a punch that is supported by the lift and can move up and down with respect to the lift. Further, the punch press device has a switching member that reciprocates between a position where the punch is constrained so that it moves down together with the lift and a position where the punch is released so that it moves up with respect to the lift. The punch press device has two electromagnetic solenoids for reciprocating the switching member. The first electromagnetic solenoid moves the switching member in a first direction, and the second electromagnetic solenoid moves the switching member in a second direction opposite to the first direction.
Abstract:
A first movable blade and a second movable blade cooperate as part of a cutter drive mechanism to cut roll paper in conjunction with a fixed blade. A gear train 132 has a first gear 141 that rotates when drive power from the cutter motor 131 is input thereto, and a second gear 142 to which rotation of the first gear 141 is transferred, causing the second gear 142 to turn. A first eccentric pin 151 engaging the first movable blade 81 is disposed at an eccentric position to the first gear 141, and a second eccentric pin 152 engaging the second movable blade 82 is disposed at an eccentric position to the second gear 142. The first movable blade 81 has a first guide channel 115 regulating the cutting operation of the first movable blade 81 on the first blade point 114 side, and the first guide channel 115 and the first eccentric pin 151 together render a first opposing cam 161. The second movable blade 82 has a second guide channel 125 regulating the cutting operation of the second movable blade 82 on the second blade point 124 side, and the second guide channel 125 and the second eccentric pin 152 together render a second opposing cam 162.
Abstract:
There is provided a punching unit capable of punching holes in high-performance by increasing a punching force and by rotating a punch. A guide hole that guides the punch in the vertical direction is formed to have a narrow upper part, a wider lower part and inclined surfaces between them. An actuation pin engages with a cam and the punch moves up and down to punch a hole when a cam member reciprocates. The actuation pin abuts with the inclined surface of the guide hole at the punching position, so that the punch is rotated and a cam inclined angle is reduced by an inclined angle of the guide hole, allowing a large punching force.
Abstract:
Machine for punching holes through a longitudinal sheet or wheel rim passing in a horizontal direction, using punches, and also for cutting said sheet to obtain sheet portions or pieces. The machine is characterized in that the punching and cutting operations are performed by a single power unit, such as an oleohydraulic cylinder (2) secured to a frame and positioned at the top in a vertical direction. The shaft of said cylinder is connected to a cutter-holding carriage (4) which, as it moves downwards to cut the sheet (10), brings with it an upper support means (19) that forms part of a punching device (6), the punches of which are guided on a lower front carriage (8) that also forms part of the punching device (6).
Abstract:
A blind cutting apparatus includes a support surface adapted to support a window covering, a frame disposed at the end of the support surface and a rack movable within the frame. A plurality of die assemblies are fastened to the rack, in which each die assembly includes a fixed die that has openings sized to receive the ends of the window covering and a movable die that is movable relative to the fixed die. The fixed dies and the movable dies are adapted to cut the ends of the window covering. The rack is adapted to move relative to the support surface such that a selected die assembly is adjacent the support surface and the moveable die of the selected die assembly is independently moveable of the moveable dies of the other die assemblies.
Abstract:
An angle cutting machine with exchangeable cutting members includes a base portion, an adjusting device, a cutting device, a powering device and a positioning device. The adjusting device includes a base board, an adjusting portion and a position limiting portion. An adjusting area and a position limiting area are formed in the base board. The cutting device has a vertical axle and a plurality of cutting members. The powering device can provide power to the vertical axle so that the vertical axle can carry out a reciprocating up-down motion. The positioning device moves along with the cutting device to ensure the correct positioning of the cutting device. Therefore, the cutting members may be fitted to the main body more accurately and more easily and safety in the use of the cutting machine may be enhanced.
Abstract:
A hole punch device that reduces the force required to create a hole in papers or other sheet media. A punch element of the hole punch device includes a locally sloped or indented floor to create a bend in the sheet media as it is punched to create an enlarged, oval hole. The punch pin may include an expanding sleeve surround the pin that forms a larger diameter during the cutting stroke and springs back to a smaller diameter during a pull out stroke. A coiled torsion return spring is positioned remotely from and non-coaxially with the punch pin. A keyed pin and support frame arrangement ensures a predetermined rotational orientation of the pin for sequential cutting for reduced cutting force. A long lead-in surface in the frame helps installing sheet media into the feed slot of the punch element.
