摘要: An attachment that is configured for attachment to an arm of a piece of construction equipment. The attachment includes a pair of grapple mechanisms mounted on a main beam. Each grapple mechanism includes opposing grab arms mounted to a grab arm housing. The grab arm housings of the grapple mechanisms are each individually adjustable separate from one another relative to the main beam in one or more directions generally perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the main beam. The attachment can fine adjust the positions of the pipe ends relative to one another until the ends align with each other, at which point the pipe ends can be welded or otherwise secured to each other while being held in position by the grapple mechanisms.

摘要: A purpose of the present invention is to provide a technology that allows corrugated tubes of various diameter sizes to be easily and reliably cut at a convex portion. In order to achieve the purpose, a cutting device is provided with a feeder feeding a corrugated tube such that an axial direction of the corrugated tube lies along a feeding path; a cutter cutting along a circumferential direction of the corrugated tube being fed along the feeding path; and an imager capturing an image of a planned cutting position of the corrugated tube. A controller performs image analysis of the captured image of the planned cutting position to determine whether the planned cutting position is a convex portion of the corrugated tube and, when a positive determination result is obtained, causes the cutter to cut the corrugated tube at the planned cutting position.

摘要: A rotary cutting apparatus includes a pair of cutting tools each having a cutting blade along a tip end of its outer peripheral portion having a mountain-shaped cross section, and cuts a cylindrical material into pieces with a predetermined width by sandwiching the cylindrical material between the cutting blades so the cutting blades are respectively placed on inner and outer peripheries of the cylindrical material, and relatively rotating and moving the pair of cutting tools along an entire circumference of the cylindrical material. A second imaginary line connecting an axial center of the cylindrical material and an axial center of the inner peripheral-side cutting tool is shifted in a circumferential direction of the cylindrical material about the axial center of the cylindrical material with respect to a first imaginary line connecting the axial center of the cylindrical material and an axial center of the outer peripheral-side cutting tool.

Said claimed method and tube segment produced according to said method are characterised in that the tube retainer (4) is fixed to the tube casing (3), and/or the tube surrounded by the tube retainer (4) is separated by means of the cutting tool such that a relative displacement of the tube retainer (4) with respect to the tube casing (3), that is, of the tube casing (3) with respect to the inner tube (2), is prevented.

The filter elements (4) extend from the support frame towards filter element ends forming an on-axis apex (5) at which they are interconnected by a holder (6). The filter elements (4) are biased such that if unconnected the filter element ends are located between the support frame and said central axis when the vascular filter device is unconstrained. The filter element unconnected positions are provided by the filter element shapes and the angles at which they extend from the support frame, and in one example this is achieved by laser cutting tubing and heat setting the material.
