    摘要： A hair styling device is described, having a body defining a chamber adapted to accommodate a length of hair, with the length of hair being styled while it is located within the chamber. The chamber has a primary opening through which the length of hair may pass into the chamber. A rotatable element is provided which is adapted to engage the length of hair adjacent to the primary opening. An elongate member is located within the chamber, the length of hair being wound around the elongate member by the rotatable element. The device has a pressing part adapted to press a portion of the length of hair towards the primary opening.

    摘要： A technique is provided that is capable of curling hair of a head beautifully, and has excellent operationality. A curling apparatus to be employed for curling hair comprising: a shaft which hair is coiled round; a stopper having a substantially C-shaped section, said stopper being disposed outside said shaft detachably; and a threaded engagement device which is disposed outside said stopper, and yet thread-engages said shaft, said curling apparatus being configured in such a manner that turning/moving said threaded engagement device with said hair on its root side fastened to said shaft and a tip of said hair guided to the side of said threaded engagement device allows said hair to be spirally coiled round said shaft.

    摘要： A permanent-wave or water-wave curler having an elongated cylindrical curler body with at least one holding body arranged at one end coaxially of the curler body axis. The holding body is greater in diameter than the curler body and has two axially spaced and radially extending flanges. The flanges have a resilient characteristic and substantially equal diameters to thereby define an annular groove therebetween. At least one of the flanges has a thickness slightly larger than the axial spacing between the two flanges so that when the one flange is inserted under force into a groove of an adjacent curler, the flanges on the adjacent curler will flex to permit entry of the one flange therebetween and effect a friction holding of the one flange against a rotation relative to the two flanges defining the groove.

    摘要： There is a circular base member having a centrally positioned upstanding spindle at its center, a slot extending in from the edge and to one side of the spindle and an upstanding flange at the periphery increasing in height from adjacent one side of the slot in the base to the other side of the slot thereby forming an inclined ramp on the top of the flange. Received on the spindle is a cage having a circular top with a central aperture received by the top end of the spindle in a formed fitting engagement. Depending from the circular top''s periphery are spaced apart spokes that extend inside of the upstanding flange on the base where two of the spokes are spaced apart to form a slot that can be brought into alignment with the slot in the base. The lower ends of the spokes are jointed by an arcuate member. The spindle and top have a passage for the reception of curling lotion. An enclosing cap having an open bottom is received over the assembled cage and base.
