摘要： Aspects of hair styling instruments and methods for styling hair into waves and curls have been provided herein. In one embodiment, a system for styling hair includes one or more cases for receiving hair therein, the one or more cases including a base having at least a bottom, a center, and an outer annular wall; and a lid coupleable with the base; wherein the lid and the base form a volume for receiving the hair and wherein at least the bottom of the base and an indented upper portion of the lid each include a plurality of openings to allow flow of air and liquids through the case; and a stand, the stand comprising a base; a center piece extending upward from the base, the center piece configured to receive the one or more cases thereon; and a heating element.

摘要： A hairstyling device for curling hair, includes a housing which includes a rolling chamber, an introduction slot which extends over the length of the housing and which opens into the rolling chamber, and an extraction opening arranged on a side end of the housing onto which the rolling chamber opens. The device includes a mandrel which extends into the rolling chamber, and a roller arranged in the rolling chamber and configured to roll the strand of hair around the mandrel, during rotation thereof. The introduction slot includes two walls which extend longitudinally and which cross the thickness of the housing, the side walls including a guiding system configured to promote the penetration of the strand of hair into the rolling chamber.

摘要： The present invention relates to a permanent rod. The permanent rod includes a tube-shaped rod body. In the rod body, a pair of cut surfaces is provided to form a band-shaped insertion opening over the entire longitudinal section of the rod body, and a plurality of compression grooves each having a concave bottom surface are formed in the outer surface of the rod body over the entire longitudinal section. Also, the permanent rod includes: a compression member body having a compression surface corresponding to each of the grooved bottom surfaces; and a compression member detachably coupled to the rod body so that the compression surface contacts the grooved bottom surface. Therefore, the permanent rod may create various wave styles.

摘要： Disclosed herein is a perm rod. The perm rod includes a body, a sheet of permanent wave paper, and a rubber band. The body is made of an aluminum material, has a hollow cylindrical shape, and is configured such that hair is rolled around the body, a plurality of slots is formed in the outer surface of the body, and caps, having coupling protrusions, are fitted into the respective ends of the body. The sheet of permanent wave paper is rolled around the body in the state in which an appropriate number of hairs is placed on the sheet of permanent wave paper. The rubber band has coupling holes, which are formed in the respective ends thereof, and is detachably coupled to the coupling protrusions.

A device for maintaining the hair curled comprises a substantially spherical elastic compressible spool having a slot provided in the circumference in a diametric plane, thus effectively forming two cheeks separated by a central core around which the hair is wound in order to curl, wave or set it. In Fig. 1 a sphere of preferably a foam material, e.g. a polyurethane or a polyether, is provided with a circumferential slot 2; a circular groove 3 is provided close to the bottom 4 of the slot in each of the cheeks 5 of the spool, thus defining a cylindrical core 6, the axis of which passes through the centre of the sphere. In use, the cheeks 5 of hemispheres 7, 8 (Fig. 2) are opened, and a lock of hair is curled around core 6; the hemispheres are then released, and the pressure of hair on the core 6 distorts the device, forcing the cheeks 5 against each other, and the walls 11 of the grooves 3 against the wound hair. The material of the device permits volume compression of fifty per cent. or more on the initial volume under distortion.
