摘要:
This chronograph-watch includes, superposed over one another and in the following order, a motor module (19), a chronograph module (27) and a dial (12). The motor module comprises a first date ring (17). The chronograph module includes a second date ring (28) located immediately under the dial and bearing indications (14) concerning the date which appear through an opening (13). The second ring (28) is controlled by the first ring (17), through a drive chain (32, 33, 34, 36) assembled in the chronograph module.

The minute summer is used as a counting-down device and comprises a rotating disk sector (11) revealing a contrasted dial sector preceding the zero of the graduated scale, at the start of counting-down, and equipped with cut-out (15). This cut-out reveals a second sector (14) of contrasted appearance at the moment when the front edge (19) of the first sector reaches a graduation mark close to zero, for example the final minute, so as to inform the wearer that the final minute has started. Particularly intended for yachting.

The liquid crystal display cell (21) indicates the date in an aperture situated at 12 o'clock. The hour wheel (31) and the center wheel (29) present coaxial pipes which pass through the dial and bear hour and minute hands. These wheels are driven by a wheel-train (30, 28, 27) actuated by the stepping motor (25) which receives its pulses from the circuit (23) controlled at a frequency of 1 Hz for example by the quartz (48). The 24-hour wheel (33) bears a contact element (46) which, once per revolution, grounds the terminal (47). The pulse which results therefrom is transmitted to a counter incorporated in the circuit (23). This counter controls the decoding circuit which controls the display cell (21). To effect the setting of the date, the stem (35) is brought into its intermediate position (II). The contact element (40) borne by the yoke (38) then grounds the terminal (41), which causes in the circuit (23) the emission of pulses at a frequency of 1 Hz which controls a repeated and rapid change of date.
摘要:
An analog electric timepiece having a stop watch, and in the movement of hands when timepiece is used as the stop watch. The motion of the second hand, which moves to indicate one second at the time of the ordinary time display, is converted to the motion of a 1/10 second hand and moreover, the 1/10 second hand is allowed to move repeatedly only inside the range corresponding to the range from the zero-hour position to the 9-minute position of the dial of the timepiece. Furthermore, the minute hand and the hour hand for the ordinary time display are switched to operate as the second hand and to the minute hand, respectively, so as to accomplish an analog stop watch capable of measuring and displaying the 1/10 second.

A motor actuates a wheel train which drives center hour and minute hands as in an ordinary analog-display watch. Another motor actuates a chronograph train which drives a chronograph sweep seconds-hand, a minute-register hand, and an hour-register hand offset toward 6 o'clock. A lever actuates a column wheel which starts and stops the second motor by means of a control lever integral with a stem. A hammer resets the chronograph gears. An electronic circuit comprises a liquid-crystal display element which displays the hundredths of a second when the chronograph is running or the date when the chronograph is not running.
摘要:
An electronic timepiece having a single digital display and being suitable to operate as a standard timekeeping wristwatch or in the alternative as a chronograph. Separate divider circuits are provided for performing the timekeeping and chronograph functions, a first selector circuit selecting which function is to be displayed. A single set of switches is provided for controlling either divider circuit, a second selected circuit selecting which function is performed by said switches.

An electronic watch with a chronograph function comprises a motor, a current time counter, a hand position counter, a coincidence detector and a backward/forward movement determining unit. When a chronograph mode is selected, a second hand moves backward or forward to a 12-o'clock (zero) position depending upon its position in a time measurement and indication mode. The electronic watch reliably resumes the time measurement and indication after it functions as a chronograph.
摘要:
A hand display device having a hand driven by a pulse motor in which graduations or symbols representing plural types of functions to be indicated by the hand are arranged so as to display the mutal positions on a dial, and by selecting one of the functions, the hand stays at a position of graduation or symbol corresponding to a selected function for a relatively longer time than that corresponding to unselected function to display functional display selectively.

The timepiece of the invention includes at least a seconds hand arranged to respond to a chronograph mechanism. It comprises a single motor which receives at least two pulses per second so as to cause the seconds hand to advance by at least two steps per second. The system as disclosed enables an improvement in readability of the precision of time intervals on the one hand and on the other hand assures certain operation of the chronograph while using a stepping motor dimensioned to drive a simple timekeeper.
摘要:
The watch, as exemplified by FIG. 6, comprises a motor 9 which drives the hands of a timepiece mechanism and a motor 15 which advances those of a chronographic mechanism. When the timepiece mechanism is in operation, a counter 98 receives every six seconds a pulse which opens a gate 85 which passes a pulse of 32 Hz and causes the shaft of the motor 9 to advance one step. When the stopwatch mechanism is in operation, a counter 78 receives ten pulses per second; every ten pulses it sends a pulse to the motor 15 and drives the chronographic second hand. When the chronographic mechanism is stopped, this second hand shows the seconds of chronometric time, the supplementary tenths of seconds being stored in the counter 78. The state of this counter 78 is compared with the state of an UP-DOWN counter 86 which determines the position of the second hand of the timepiece mechanism. The motor 9 then receives a number of pulses of 32 Hz equal to the numerical difference between the state of the counter 78 and that of the UP-DOWN counter 86. These pulses cause the tenths of a second over and above the last second of the chronometrically measured time, to be indicated by the second hand of the timepiece mechanism.
