摘要: A high-torque and high-precision ultrasonic motor with a self-protection function and an implementation mode of the high-torque and high-precision ultrasonic motor are provided. In the device, a gasket encloses an output shaft of an ultrasonic motor body. A harmonic reducer encloses a shell of the ultrasonic motor body. A motor shaft penetrates through the ultrasonic motor body. The end, close to the motor shaft, of the ultrasonic motor body is defined as a top end, and the bottom end of the motor shaft is sequentially enclosed with an encoder support and a high-precision encoder assembly. The gasket, the harmonic reducer, the encoder support and the high-precision encoder assembly are sequentially arranged from the ultrasonic motor body to the bottom end of the motor shaft. After the ultrasonic motor body decelerates and increases torque, the motor shaft outputs rotating speed and torque.

摘要: Provided is an injector in which adhesion between a stator and a rotor of an ultrasonic motor can be released efficiently. An injector (1) which injects a chemical liquid includes: an ultrasonic motor unit (3) including an ultrasonic motor (31); a drive mechanism (4) to be driven by the ultrasonic motor unit (3) so as to feed the chemical liquid when the ultrasonic motor (31) rotates forwardly; and a control device (5) which controls the ultrasonic motor (31) of the ultrasonic motor unit (3). The ultrasonic motor (31) includes a stator (32) and a rotor (33), and the control device (5) controls the ultrasonic motor (31) to alternately repeat forward rotation and reverse rotation so that adhesion between the stator (32) and the rotor (33) is released.

The present invention provides a method for controlling an ultrasonic motor in a surveying instrument including a rotary shaft, an ultrasonic motor that drives a rotary shaft, a tracking unit that includes a light emitting unit and a light receiving unit and tracks a target, and a clock signal oscillation unit that outputs a clock signal, wherein at the time of low-speed rotation of the ultrasonic motor, based on the clock signal, a ratio of an acceleration period in which a drive signal is applied and a deceleration period in which the drive signal is stopped in a drive cycle of the drive signal of the ultrasonic motor is set, and the light emitting unit is made to emit light in the deceleration period.
