摘要: The present invention discloses a speaker having a vibrating system and a flexible circuit board. The vibrating system has a lower vibrating diaphragm with a first fastening portion, a second fastening portion, and a vibrating portion having a first and a second connecting portion and a middle portion. A vertical distance between a tangent line along a vertical vibrating direction at a first end of the first connecting portion and another tangent line along the direction of the middle portion is a first distance; another vertical distance between a tangent line along the direction at the second end of the second connecting portion and another tangent line along the direction of the middle portion is a second distance. Both the first and second distance are longer than a distance of the maximum elastic deformation of the flexible circuit board. The quality of speaker can be improved.

摘要: The present disclosure discloses a speaker, including a holder, a magnetic circuit unit and a vibration unit arranged in the holder, the vibration unit comprises a suspension fixed at the holder, a dome fixed at a center of the suspension and a voice coil connected to the dome, the dome is provided with recesses formed by recessing from the dome towards the magnetic circuit unit, a spacing is formed between at least two of the recesses, and the voice coil abuts against bottom walls of the recesses and forms a leakage passage with the dome at the spacing. The leakage passage enables a difference of internal and external air pressures of the voice coil to be effectively reduced after an amplitude of the vibration unit is increased; the voice coil becomes short and thick, and thus a magnetic flux is increased and structural strength of the dome itself is improved.

摘要: A speaker includes a frame; a magnetic circuit system in the frame; and a vibrating system in the frame. The vibrating system includes a suspension ring fixed on the frame, a number of domes fixed at a center of the suspension ring and a voice coil connected below the domes. The domes includes a first dome and a second dome stacked with each other. The second dome has a body part and a number of convex parts extending from the body part to the magnetic circuit system; a number of intervals each formed between every two contiguous convex parts. The convex part includes a bottom surface close to the magnetic circuit system. The voice coil buts the bottom surface and forms leakage passages with the second dome at the interval positions.

摘要: The present invention discloses a speaker having a frame, a vibrating system and a magnetic circuit system. The vibrating system has a vibrating diaphragm, a voice coil for driving the vibrating diaphragm, and an elastic supporting assembly fixed on the frame and connected to the voice coil. The magnetic circuit system has a main magnet, a secondary magnet spaced on two opposite sides of the main magnet, a magnetic plate stacked on the secondary magnet and spaced away from the elastic supporting assembly, and an auxiliary magnet fixed on the magnetic plate and spaced away from the main magnet. The elastic supporting assembly is positioned on the other two opposite sides of the main magnet. The auxiliary magnetic located close to the vibrating diaphragm and facing to the elastic supporting assembly. The speaker of the present invention has advantages of good reliability and excellent acoustic performance.

摘要: The present invention relates to a speaker having a frame, a magnetic circuit system and a vibrating system. The magnetic circuit system has a main magnet and an auxiliary magnet. The vibrating system has a vibrating diaphragm, a voice coil and a suspension with a first avoiding space. The auxiliary magnet is surrounding the main magnet and passed through the first avoiding space. The first avoiding space is positioned in the suspension so that the auxiliary magnet can be arranged around the main magnet, thereby enhancing the strength of the magnetic field of the magnetic circuit system, and ensuring uniform force on the vibrating diaphragm for improving BLX symmetry of the vibrating diaphragm.

摘要: A method of generating motor driving signal includes: obtaining acceleration segment signal for driving motor to start vibrating, constant segment signal for achieving low-frequency vibration tactile effect of the motor, and attenuating segment signal for decreasing vibration quantity of the motor in low frequency manner, frequency of constant segment signal and of attenuating segment signal being smaller than frequency of acceleration segment signal; splicing the acceleration segment signal with the constant segment signal, and reserving idle period with no signal output therebetween to obtain first motor driving signal; adjusting parameter of constant segment signal of first motor driving signal according to vibration feeling requirement, and splicing attenuating segment signal after the adjusted first motor driving signal to obtain second motor driving signal; and adjusting parameter of attenuating segment signal of second motor driving signal, and determining second motor driving signal with highest braking efficiency as final motor driving signal.
