摘要： The present disclosure provides a sounding device including a holder, a vibration system fixed to the holder, and a magnetic circuit system configured to drive the vibration system to vibrate and sound. The vibration system includes a diaphragm fixed to the holder and a voice coil that drives the diaphragm to vibrate. The magnetic circuit system has a magnetic gap in which the voice coil is inserted. The voice coil includes voice coil wire layers that are formed by winding a voice coil wire and include an intermediate layer, an outer layer, and an inner layer. Ends of the voice coil wire layers away from the diaphragm are aligned. A height of the outer layer and a height of the inner layer are smaller than a height of the intermediate layer. The intermediate layer is glued and fixed to the diaphragm.

摘要： The invention discloses a diaphragm and a sound generator having a diaphragm. The diaphragm includes a dome part arranged centrally and a suspension part surrounding the dome part. The suspension part is provided with pleat groups. The pleat group includes many pleats, and each pleats includes a first pattern section, a second pattern section, and a third pattern section connecting the first pattern section and the second pattern section. The height of the third pattern section along the vibration direction is smaller than the protrusion height of the first pattern section and the second pattern section along the vibration direction. The diaphragm of the present invention can be used to reduce low frequency distortion.

摘要： A diaphragm is provided, including a dome and a suspension extending from a periphery of the dome. The dome includes a stack of an aluminum foil layer, a foam layer and a carbon fiber layer. The dome is recessed from the aluminum foil layer toward the carbon fiber layer to form a receiving recess. The receiving recess is arranged surrounding the periphery of the dome. The suspension is partially received in the receiving recess and is fixed to the dome. A sounding device is also provided, the sounding device includes the diaphragm. The diaphragm and the sounding device of the present disclosure have better high frequency acoustic performance and excellent reliability.

摘要： The present invention provides a diaphragm. The diaphragm includes a polymer material layer made of a polymer material, and a porous damping material layer made of a porous damping material. The porous damping material layer is embedded in the polymer material layer. The present invention further provides a method for manufacturing the diaphragm including steps of preparing a polymer substrate plate and a porous damping substrate plate, respectively; and stacking and fixing the polymer substrate plate and the porous damping substrate plate by high temperature molding.
