    摘要: A heat exchanger assembly includes: a frame; a heat exchanger panel mounted to the frame and configured to exchange heat with air flowing therethrough, the heat exchanger panel being disposed at an inclined orientation; a fan assembly disposed vertically above the heat exchanger panel; and a sound dampening device disposed within an interior space of the heat exchanger assembly such that air is pulled into the interior space through the heat exchanger panel and then flows through the sound dampening device before being discharged from the heat exchanger assembly via the fan assembly. The sound dampening device includes baffle members having sound absorbing material and spaced apart from one another for allowing air flow therebetween. Each baffle member extends at an angle relative to a plane extending through the upper and lower ends of the heat exchanger panel so as to direct air flow upwardly toward the fan assembly.

    摘要: A new rack equipped with at least one ToR switch is pushed into operational mode in a datacenter equipped with at least one operational datacenter switch. A script server fetches from a database information about a first networking configuration of the datacenter switch, and a minimal profile information of the rack. The script server devises a physical cabling plan between the ToR switch and the datacenter switch, reserves ports on the datacenter switch, computes and stores into the database enriched information of the rack, and provides cabling instructions relative to the physical cabling plan to a datacenter technician. The script server fills-in a configuration template, and causes a configuration builder to apply a first networking configuration of the ToR switch, applies a second networking configuration to the datacenter switch, pushes the rack into production, completes a second networking configuration of the ToR switch, and pushes the rack into operational mode.

    摘要: A heat extraction system for an enclosure comprises heat pipes having an evaporating reference temperature and a condensing reference temperature lower than the evaporating reference temperature, an evaporator portion and a condenser portion. The heat extraction system includes a support frame adapted for connection to the enclosure.     摘要: A rack adapted for receiving one or more components is disclosed. The rack includes a backplane, a pair of side panels extending from the backplane and internal support members on each side to receive and mechanically guide an initial alignment of components upon their initial insertion in the rack. A pair of male connectors mounted to the backplane is configured to mate with a corresponding pair of female connectors of each component to mechanically guide a final alignment of each component when the component is further inserted in the rack. Mechanical guidance may also be provided by, or supplemented with, a connection capable of providing liquid cooling to the rack.     摘要: A cooling device comprises a first casing for direct mounting on a heat-generating component and a second casing mounted on the first casing. One casing includes an internal channel connected to a cold inlet and to a hot outlet allowing a heat-transfer fluid to flow in the internal channel. The other casing includes a storage containing a phase change material (PCM) changing from a solid state to a liquid state to transfer thermal energy from the heat-generating unit to the PCM, the PCM changing from the liquid state to the solid state to transfer thermal energy from the PCM to the heat-transfer fluid. The cooling device may be integrated in a cooling circuit of a cooling system including an external cooling unit, or in a closed loop cooling circuit of a cooling arrangement that transfers heat from the closed loop to an open loop.
