摘要： A wireless device receives one or more messages comprising one or more configuration parameters. The one or more configuration parameters indicate: a value of a timer for controlling a radio link failure indication based on a beam failure recovery procedure, and a first number of out-of-synchronization indications. The wireless device determines a second number of out-of-synchronization indications. The timer associated with the value is started in response to the second number being equal to the first number of out-of-synchronization indications. A first failure of the beam failure recovery procedure is determined. The first failure is ignored, by not causing a radio link failure, in response to the timer running when the first failure is determined. A second failure of the beam failure recovery procedure is determined. A radio link failure is indicated in response to the timer being expired when the second failure is determined.

摘要： A wireless device receives configuration parameters of physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) resources of a cell. The PUCCH resources are grouped into a plurality of PUCCH resource groups. A downlink control information (DCI), indicating an uplink grant, is received via a control resource set. A PUCCH resource group is selected, based on the control resource set, from the plurality of PUCCH resource groups. A spatial relation information corresponding to a first PUCCH resource of the selected PUCCH resource group is determined. An uplink transport block is transmitted via the uplink grant based on the spatial relation information.

The configuration parameter(s) may indicate one or more preambles for a beam failure recovery procedure. The configuration parameter(s) may indicate a time alignment timer of a timing advance group comprising the cell. The time alignment timer may start in response to receiving a timing advance command for the timing advance group. The beam failure recovery procedure may be initiated in response to detecting a beam failure of the cell. The beam failure of the cell may be detected based on the reference signal(s) of the cell. A preamble of the one or more preambles may be transmitted for the beam failure recovery procedure. The beam failure recovery procedure may be aborted in response to an expiry of the time alignment timer during the beam failure recovery procedure.

The one or more radio resource control messages comprising configuration parameters of a cell for beam failure recovery. The configuration parameters indicate: a serving beam set, a plurality of candidate beam sets, and a monitoring priority of the plurality of candidate beam sets. A beam failure instance of the serving beam set is detected. In response to the detection, a first candidate beam set of the plurality of candidate beam sets is determined based on the monitoring priority. A candidate beam is selected from the first candidate beam set. A preamble associated with the candidate beam for the beam failure recovery is transmitted.

摘要： A wireless device receives one or more first radio resource control (RRC) messages. The first RRC messages comprise one or more configuration parameters of a first cell and a second cell. A second RRC message is received. The second RRC message indicates a first change of a first active bandwidth part (BWP) of the first cell. Processing of the second RRC message is completed. A determination is made that the completing occurs during a time duration of a second change of a second active BWP of the second cell. Based on the determining, the first change of the first active BWP is delayed until the second change of the second active BWP is completed.

摘要： A wireless device receives one or more messages comprising configuration parameters indicating a timer value of a bandwidth part (BWP) inactivity timer. The BWP inactivity timer associated with the timer value is started in response to switching to a first BWP as an active BWP. A random-access procedure for a beam failure recovery is initiated based on reaching a number of beam failure instance indications for at least one downlink control channel of the first BWP. The BWP inactivity timer is stopped based on initiating the random-access procedure. The at least one downlink control channel is monitored for a control information addressed to the wireless device. The random-access procedure for the beam failure recovery is stopped in response to receiving the control information via the at least one downlink control channel. The BWP inactivity timer is restarted based on the stopping the random-access procedure.

Uplink control information is transmitted, via the physical uplink control channel, based on the spatial domain transmission filter.

摘要： A wireless device receives a DCI from a base station. The DCI comprises a power control command of an uplink shared channel, a CSI request field, a hybrid automatic repeat request process number, and a redundancy version. Validation of the DCI for an activation of a semi-persistent CSI reporting is performed based on: a radio network temporary identifier of the semi-persistent CSI reporting, the hybrid automatic repeat request process number being set to a first value, and the redundancy version being set to a second value. The semi-persistent CSI reporting indicated by the CSI request field is activated in response to the validation being achieved. A semi-persistent CSI report is transmitted, based on the activated semi-persistent CSI reporting, via the uplink shared channel with a transmission power determined based on the power control command.
