摘要： A wireless device monitors a downlink control channel of a transmission reception point (TRP) on an active bandwidth part (BWP) of a cell, where the TRP is in an active state. First channel state information reports of the TRP for the active BWP are transmitted. The TRP transitions from the active state into a dormant state in response to a first time period of inactivity on the TRP. The monitoring is stopped. Second channel state information reports of the TRP for the active BWP are transmitted when the TRP is in the dormant state.

摘要： A wireless device receives one or more messages comprising spatial relation configuration parameters of a physical uplink control channel. The configuration parameters indicate a plurality of reference signal (RS) sets. An RS set of the plurality of RS sets comprises one or more RSs. A medium access control control element, activating the RS set of the plurality of RS sets, is received. A downlink control information, indicating an RS of the RS set, is received. A spatial domain transmission filter, for the physical uplink control channel, is determined based on based on the RS. Uplink control information is transmitted, via the physical uplink control channel, based on the spatial domain transmission filter.

摘要： A wireless device receives one or more radio resource control message comprising configuration parameters of a plurality of cells. An activation command indicating activation of a plurality of secondary cells (SCells) of the plurality of cells is received. A first downlink control information (DCI), comprising a power saving indication bitmap, is received. Each bit of the power saving indication bitmap indicates whether to monitor a downlink control channel on a corresponding activated SCell of the plurality of SCells. The wireless device starts monitoring a downlink control channel of an activated SCell of the activated SCells, in response to a bit, of the power saving indication bitmap, corresponding to the activated SCell, indicating monitoring the downlink control channel. A second DCI is received via the downlink control channel.

The one or more radio resource control messages comprising configuration parameters of a cell for beam failure recovery. The configuration parameters indicate: a serving beam set, a plurality of candidate beam sets, and a monitoring priority of the plurality of candidate beam sets. A beam failure instance of the serving beam set is detected. In response to the detection, a first candidate beam set of the plurality of candidate beam sets is determined based on the monitoring priority. A candidate beam is selected from the first candidate beam set. A preamble associated with the candidate beam for the beam failure recovery is transmitted.

摘要： A wireless device receives message(s) comprising: a first value for a downlink hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) round-trip-time (RTT) timer; and a second value for a downlink discontinuous reception (DRX) retransmission timer. A downlink control information indicating downlink transmission of a transport block is received. The downlink HARQ RTT timer is started with the first value in response to receiving the downlink control information. The first value indicates a first number of symbols. The downlink DRX retransmission timer is started with the second value in response to the downlink HARQ RTT timer expiring and the transport block not being successfully decoded. The second value indicates a second number of slot lengths. A downlink control channel is monitored while the downlink DRX retransmission timer is running.

The wireless device may determine a connection failure based on expiration of the beam failure recovery timer. The wireless device may transmit a radio link failure report to a first base station based on the connection failure. The radio link failure report may comprise an index of the first beam.

The configuration parameters indicate: a plurality of slot format combinations of the cell; a channel occupancy time (COT) radio network temporary identifier (RNTI); and an index of a field in a downlink control information (DCI) for the cell. The DCI scrambled by the COT-RNTI is received. A COT structure, for the cell, is determined based on one of the plurality of slot format combinations indicated by the field in the DCI associated with the index. A transport block is transmitted, via the cell, on uplink resources according to the COT structure.

The configuration parameters indicate a plurality of power control parameter sets (PCPSs). The configuration parameters indicate a plurality of downlink reference signals. A downlink reference signal of the plurality of downlink reference signals is determined based on measurements of the plurality of downlink reference signals. A PCPS is selected from the plurality of PCPSs. The PCPS is associated with the downlink reference signal. An uplink transmission power is determined, based on the PCPS, for a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) of the cell. An uplink transport block is transmitted with the uplink transmission power via the PUSCH of the cell.
