    Abstract: This application provides an uplink reference signal sending method and apparatus, a base station, and user equipment (UE). The method includes: configuring, by the base station, M pieces of uplink reference signal resource information for the UE; and sending, by the base station, the M pieces of uplink reference signal resource information to the UE, so that the UE sends uplink reference signals based on different uplink reference signal resource information with different beamforming gains. A path loss is compensated for by using a beamforming technology. In addition, the base station configures the M pieces of uplink reference signal resource information for the user equipment UE, so that the UE sends the uplink reference signals by using different relatively uplink reference signal resource information based on different beamforming gains. Therefore, uplink reference signal sending efficiency is improved.

    Abstract: This application discloses example information indication methods and related devices. In one example method, a terminal device receives first information used to instruct the terminal device to receive a first channel in a first time unit, and second information used to instruct the terminal device to receive a second channel in a second time unit. The terminal device receives the first channel based on the first information. When the first time unit is equal to the second time unit, the terminal device receives the second channel based on the first information, where the second information is a first indicator value. When the first time unit is not equal to the second time unit, the terminal device receives the second channel based on the second information where the second information is a second indicator value.

    Abstract: In a physical broadcast channel sending/receiving method, after receiving two broadcast channel signals on two corresponding physical broadcast channels at two time-frequency resource locations, the terminal device determines that information other than an offset of a corresponding time-frequency resource location is the same in two pieces of broadcast information carried in the two broadcast channel signals, obtains a time offset difference between the foregoing two time-frequency resource locations, and generates a scrambling code sequence based on the time offset difference; and the terminal device separately descrambles the two broadcast channel signals based on the scrambling code sequence and a preset scrambling code sequence.

A method for generating a random access channel ZC sequence includes: generating, by a base station, notification signaling, where the notification signaling instructs user equipment UE to generate a random access ZC sequence by using a second restricted set in a random access set; and sending, by the base station, the notification signaling to the UE, so that the UE generates the random access ZC sequence by using the second restricted set, where the random access set includes an unrestricted set, a first restricted set, and the second restricted set; and the second restricted set is a random access set that the UE needs to use when a Doppler frequency shift of the UE is greater than or equal to a first predetermined value.

The method includes: receiving at least two groups of random-access configuration parameters from a network device, where each group of random-access configuration parameters includes a power adjustment step for retransmission of a random access preamble; selecting one group of random-access configuration parameters from the at least two groups of random-access configuration parameters based on a threshold; determining transmit power of the random access preamble based on a power adjustment step for retransmission of the random access preamble in the selected random-access configuration parameters; and sending the random access preamble to the network device at the transmit power.

    Abstract: This application provides a PBCH transmission method and an apparatus. The method includes: receiving, by a terminal device, a PBCH sent by a network device, where the PBCH includes seven most significant bits of an SFN of a radio frame in which the PBCH is located; determining, by the terminal device, a least significant bit of the SFN based on indication information of the least significant bit of the SFN; determining, by the terminal device based on the PBCH, a scrambling code of the PBCH, and determining two remaining bits of the SFN based on a one-to-one correspondence between the two remaining bits of the SFN and the scrambling code of the PBCH; and determining, by the terminal device, the SFN of the radio frame in which the PBCH is located.

    Abstract: A method and a device for scrambling sequence configuration, a user equipment and a base station are provided. The method includes: obtaining a search space and/or a transmission mode corresponding to an enhanced control channel; performing a scrambling initialization operation according to the search space and/or the transmission mode, and determining an initialization value of a scrambling sequence; determining the scrambling sequence according to the initialization value of the scrambling sequence; and scrambling a transmission signal transmitted by the enhanced control channel according to the scrambling sequence and then transmitting, so that a user equipment which receives the transmission signal performs a descrambling operation according to the scrambling sequence in the transmission signal. Randomization of interferences between different cells or terminals can be guaranteed as far as possible.

    Abstract: This application provides an enhanced physical downlink control channel transmission method and apparatus. The method includes: in a physical resource block set, separately arranging first resource groups in each physical resource block pair PRB pair, where the first resource groups are enhanced resource element groups eREGs or REGs, and the physical resource block set includes at least one of the physical resource block pairs; numbering second resource groups according to a correspondence between the first resource groups and the second resource groups in the physical resource block set, where the second resource groups are control channel element eCCE groups or control channel candidates; determining numbers of the second resource groups for transmitting an E-PDCCH; and mapping, according to the determined numbers, the E-PDCCH to the corresponding first resource groups for transmission. The technical solution of this application resolves an E-PDCCH transmission problem.
