    摘要: A method and an apparatus for determining transmit power, where a first network device obtains first information corresponding to a first carrier, where the first information includes at least one of a path loss, a range of the path loss, signal strength, a range of the signal strength, a channel quality state, or a range of the channel quality state; and where the first network device sends the first information to a terminal device. The terminal device determines uplink transmit power on the first carrier based on the first information. In this way, the uplink transmit power on the first carrier is accurately controlled, communication reliability is improved, and power consumption of the terminal device is reduced.

    摘要: This application provides an enhanced physical downlink control channel transmission method and apparatus. The method includes: in a physical resource block set, separately arranging first resource groups in each physical resource block pair (PRB) pair, where the first resource groups are enhanced resource element groups (eREGs) or REGs, and the physical resource block set includes at least one of the physical resource block pairs; numbering second resource groups according to a correspondence between the first resource groups and the second resource groups in the physical resource block set, where the second resource groups are control channel element eCCE groups or control channel candidates; determining numbers of the second resource groups for transmitting an E-PDCCH; and mapping, according to the determined numbers, the E-PDCCH to the corresponding first resource groups for transmission. The technical solution of this application resolves an E-PDCCH transmission problem.

    摘要: The present disclosure discloses a method for transmitting an uplink measurement reference signal. The method is applied to a network-side device and includes the following operations: first, receiving, by the network-side device, an uplink measurement reference signal sent by user equipment, where the uplink measurement reference signal carries downlink interference information of a downlink channel of the network-side device; and then, performing downlink interference estimation on the uplink measurement reference signal, to obtain the downlink interference information. Compared with the prior art in which a base station cannot obtain downlink interference information of a downlink channel used by user equipment, in the present disclosure, the network-side device can effectively schedule the user equipment based on the downlink interference information, thereby improving scheduling efficiency, and improving data transmission efficiency of the downlink channel.

The sub-carriers are classified into K frequency sub-bands, channel state information (CSI) of the frequency sub-bands is represented by matrices Wi (i=0 . . . K−1), where K is an integer greater than 1. The mobile station determines a first sub-index k1 for the K matrices W1 (i =0...K -1), and a second sub-index k2 for each one of the K matrices Wi (i=0 . . . K−1). The first sub-index k1 is common for all frequency sub-bands, and the second sub-index k2 is specific for the indexed matrix that corresponds to one frequency sub-band. The mobile station reports to a base station of the multi-carrier cellular communication system the first sub-index k1 and at least one second sub-index k2.

Every 2m radio frames in the time unit include one specific radio frame, the position information of the specific radio frames in the time unit comprises a value of a period of the specific radio frames in the time unit, and a length of the period is 2m radio frames, where m is a nonnegative integer. The terminal device receives the service carried in the specific subframe in one or more of the specific radio frames from the base station in accordance with the position information of the specific radio frames and the position information of the specific subframe.

    摘要: In a process by user equipment (UE) to determine a control channel resource, the UE detects a downlink control from a base station. The downlink control channel carries scheduling information of a downlink data channel and comprises multiple control channel logical elements that correspond to the UE and are mapped to one demodulation reference signal (DMRS) antenna port. The UE acquires antenna port information of the DMRS antenna port, an offset, and sequence number information of the control channel logical elements corresponding to the UE, and determines, according to the acquired information, a first control channel resource for sending acknowledgment (ACK)/non-acknowledgment (NACK) information with respect to the downlink data channel corresponding to the downlink control channel.
