    摘要: A device including a polarizing beam splitter by which an incident luminous flux is split into a first luminous flux radiated onto a first photo sensor and a second luminous flux radiated onto a second photo sensor, and an adjusting mechanism provided for rotatably adjusting a position of one of the first and second luminous fluxes. The optical axis of the first luminous flux is coincident with that of the incident luminous flux. The optical axis of the second luminous flux is not parallel to the first luminous flux. By rotating the beam splitter about the optical axis of the first luminous flux, the beam receiving position of the second photo sensor, onto which the second luminous flux is radiated, is changed.

    摘要: A composite paint for an automotive outer panel comprises an electrodeposition paint film coated on the surface of a steel sheet. The electrodeposition paint film has a minimum melt viscosity not less than 0.2 during hardening and consists essentially of a water paint composition in an amount ranging from 50 to 85 parts by weight upon conversion to a solid content, and a partially cross-linked resin in an amount ranging from 15 to 50 parts by weight upon conversion to a solid content. Additionally, an intermediate paint film is coated on the electrodeposition paint film and has a hardening starting time ranging from 15 to 20 minutes.

    摘要: A device for measuring torque in a shaft without contacting the latter. A torque transmitting shaft is formed with at least one detecting magnetically anisotropic region inclined to form an angle with respect to the axis of rotation of this shaft. A detecting coil is disposed on the periphery of the detecting magnetically anisotropic region. When the detecting voltage for the detecting coil changes owing to temperature changes and time-dependent changes, the changes in the detection sensitivity and in the zero point take place, leading to errors during torque measurement. Correct measured values can be obtained by having a device for correcting such changes in sensitivity and zero point.

A load receiving portion (4) connected with the strain gage carrying portion (5) for transmitting a load to the strain gage carrying portion, projects outwardly from the flame proof enclosure. A gap (30) is defined between a first surface of the load cell body and a second surface of the enclosure, so that the load receiving portion (4) and the strain gage carrying portion (5) are freely movable relative to the enclosure. The size of the gap width W.sub.1 and of the gap length L.sub.1 are selected for realizing the flame proof function.
