    摘要: Disclosed is a technique whereby a tunnel entry point, which encapsulates a packet (generates a tunnel packet), can detect the presence of a tunneling loop causing a packet to loop the same path while encapsulated. According to this technique, upon receipt of a packet from a source node (source) 1100, TEP (tunnel entry point) 1120 inserts it into a tunnel packet header for encapsulation. Upon receipt of tunnel packets from TEP 1120 and TEP 1140, each of TEP 1140 and TEP 1160 copies the identifier of the original tunnel packet header to a new tunnel packet header for encapsulation. When this tunnel packet returns to TEP 1120 due to a tunneling loop, the tunneling loop is detected by referring to the identifier in the received tunnel packet.

According to the technique, a mobility condition determination unit 126, provided in an MIP controller 120 that manages moving of a communication node, obtains and examines various conditions that has occurred as a communication node is moving, selects an appropriate HoA (e.g., the home address of an MN1) for the current connection situation, and transmits, to a multihoming controller 130, a notification indicating that a set of the selected HoA and a CoA is appropriate addresses to be used. Upon receiving the notification from the mobility condition determination unit, the multihoming controller transmits, to the MIP controller, an address (Addr2) consonant with the received HoA, and the MIP controller performs packet communication using the HoA or the CoA consonant with the address.

    摘要: The present invention discloses a radio communication method or the like, which contributes to the improvement of data transmission efficiency in a radio communication based on TDMA system (in particular, radio communication in accordance with IEEE Std. 802.11) by providing idle time between the data transmitted and received by radio communication terminals on a radio section. In the radio communication between radio communication terminals, data transmission efficiency is improved by reducing transmission time of header added to the data or by reducing idle time. More concretely, header is added to the data for each predetermined data transmission, for instance, and by transmitting the other data without header added to it, transmission time of header is reduced. Also, data transmission efficiency is improved by carrying out methods such as a method to acquire header of the data on radio section in advance, a method to utilize identification information as the header, and a method to transmit continuous data by reducing IFS (InterFrame Space) after Ack (receiving acknowledgment information).

    摘要: At a transmitting end, a selector multiplexes a command and data inputted from different systems to generate a multiplexed signal string(s). An encoding portion determines an amplitude value of a current multilevel code according to predetermined encoding rules based on a detected symbol and the amplitude value of a multilevel code generated immediately before and generates a multilevel code string. A transmitting portion transmits the generated multilevel code string to a receiving end through a transmission path. A decoding portion of the receiving end decodes and reproduces the command and the data with an amplitude value of the multilevel code string outputted from a receiving portion and the amplitude value of the multilevel code immediately before received according to predetermined decoding rules. The decoding portion separately outputs the command and the data. This allows various types of information to be multiplexed and transmitted with small delay.

In a discriminator D1, a wave-shaping circuit 3 shapes the waveform of one branched multi-level signal MS, according to a control signal CS from a control signal generator 10 so that a detector 4 that follows the wave-shaping circuit 3 can correctly detect a first reference level RL1. The detector 4 detects the first reference level RL1 from an output signal OS3 from the wave-shaping circuit 3. A reference level generator 5 generates a second reference level RL2 of the multi-level signal MS. A threshold generator 6 generates thresholds Th1, Th2, and Th3 as much as required according to the first and second reference levels RL1 and RL2. Comparators 82 to 84 compares the amplitude of the other branched multi-level signal MS with the thresholds Th1, Th2, and Th3. A control signal generator 10 generates a control signal CS according to the comparison results from the comparators 82 to 84. The above structured discriminator D1 enables the transmitting side to generate a multi-level signal with less restrictions.

Consequently, a search threshold value for carrier aggregation can be appropriately determined to perform a cell search and a quality measurement.
