The sealing member is attached to the housing and sealing the opening. The winder mechanism winds up the sealing member while peeling the sealing member from the housing. The winder mechanism includes an interrupting member operable to interrupt transmission of a torque of a drive transmission mechanism owing to a tension of the sealing member caused by peeling a fold side of the sealing member that includes a first end from the housing.
