    Abstract: A liquid supply unit supplies predetermined liquid from a liquid storage container storing the liquid to a liquid injection head for injecting the liquid. The liquid supply unit includes a pressure chamber, a first supply passage, a second supply passage, a bypass supply passage and a pressurizing mechanism. The pressure chamber is capable of storing the liquid. The first supply passage allows communication between the liquid storage container and the pressure chamber. The second supply passage allows communication between the liquid injection head and the pressure chamber. The bypass supply passage has an upstream end in a liquid supply direction connected to the first supply passage and a downstream end joining the second supply passage. The pressurizing mechanism is arranged in the bypass supply passage and pressurizes the liquid flowing in the bypass supply passage.

    Abstract: A developer storage container (30) includes: a container body (31); a lid (32); a stirring member (34); and an input gear (36). The container body includes: a bottom portion (310); an opening (31P) extending in a longitudinal direction thereof; a first sidewall (31R) and a second sidewall (31L); and a storage space (30S) for storing developer therein. The second sidewall includes a bearing portion (312) disposed to face the storage space. The first sidewall includes: a shaft hole (313S) communicating between an outside of the container body and the storage space; and a support portion (313T) supporting a distal end of a coupling (342) of the stirring member from therebelow to prevent the stirring member from falling onto the bottom portion, in a state in which a distal pivot portion (341) of the stirring member is inserted into the bearing portion, and the coupling is disposed facing the shaft hole.

    Abstract: An image forming apparatus includes an apparatus main body, an image carrier, a developing device, a developer housing container, and a regulating member. The developer housing container takes a posture changeable between a first posture and a second posture. The developer discharge port communicates with the developer replenishment port such that the developer is replenishable to the developing device in the first posture. The second posture locates the developer discharge port separate from the developer replenishment port and seals the developer discharge port. The regulating member allows the cover member to be closed with respect to the apparatus main body while the developer housing container takes the first posture in the apparatus main body. The regulating member regulates the cover member to be closed with respect to the apparatus main body by an interference with the developer housing container while the developer housing container takes the second posture.

    Abstract: An image forming apparatus includes an apparatus main body, an image carrier, a developing device, a developer housing container, and a connector. The connector includes a connector housing and elastically deformable second ground terminal and second input/output terminal. The connector housing includes an opening and an end edge. The end edge defines one side portion of the opening. The second ground terminal and the second input/output terminal are projected from the opening. The second ground terminal and the second input/output terminal contact the first ground terminal and the first input/output terminal, respectively by mounting the developer housing container to the internal space. The second ground terminal and the second input/output terminal each abut the end edges on the connector housing with elastic force. The abutment regulates a maximum amount of projection of the second ground terminal and the second input/output terminal with respect to the opening.

    Abstract: A cover opening/closing device includes an engage mechanism and a lock mechanism. The engage mechanism is provided in an apparatus body. The lock mechanism is provided in a cover. The lock member includes a button, a lock member, and an interlocking mechanism. The button is provided to be able to move linearly. The lock member is provided to be able to move linearly between a lock position and an unlock position. The interlocking mechanism interlocks a movement of the button with a movement of the lock member. The interlocking mechanism includes a return member, an oblique groove, and a projection part. The return member returns the button to an initial position. The projection part fits movably along the oblique groove. The oblique groove guides a relative movement of the projection part so as to interlock an operation of the button with a movement of the lock member.
