    Abstract: A method of operating a first device 100 in a wireless communication system is proposed. The method may comprise: generating a MAC PDU related to a groupcast transmission; and selecting at least one SL resource for a transmission of the MAC PDU among a plurality of candidate resources in a resource pool, wherein a first SL resource included in the at least one SL resource is included in a first SL DRX active time, and the first SL resource being selected outside the first SL DRX active time is not allowed, based on the MAC PDU being related to groupcast transmission.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to transmission prioritization in wireless communications. According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, a method performed by a wireless device in a wireless communication system comprises: configuring a threshold; creating a media access control (MAC) protocol data unit (MAC PDU) for sidelink comprising a MAC control element (CE); setting a priority value to the MAC CE; identifying a transmission of the MAC PDU for sidelink and an uplink transmission to be performed; determining that the transmission of the MAC PDU for sidelink and the uplink transmission are not able to be performed simultaneously; determining that the priority value of the MAC CE is lower than the threshold; prioritizing the transmission of the MAC PDU for sidelink over the uplink transmission; and performing the transmission of the MAC PDU for sidelink that is prioritized over the UL transmission.

    Abstract: An embodiment relates to a method for performing an operation for a first terminal in a wireless communication system, the method comprising the steps of: performing, by the first terminal, radio link monitoring of a second terminal; detecting a radio link failure (RLF) on the basis of the radio link monitoring; and after detecting the RLF, transmitting a signal to the second terminal, wherein the first terminal transmits, to a base station on the basis of the detection of the RLF, a sidelink measurement report including a measurement value of a radio link with the second terminal, and the signal is transmitted by applying a transmission parameter reconfigured on the basis of the sidelink measurement report.

    Abstract: Provided are a method for performing wireless communication by a first device, and an apparatus for supporting same. The method may comprise: obtaining a sidelink (SL) discontinuous reception (DRX) configuration including information related to a timer for an active time and information related to a hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) round trip time (RTT) timer; starting the timer for the active time; receiving, from a second device through a physical sidelink control channel (PSCCH) based on a first SL resource, a first sidelink control information (SCI) for scheduling of a physical sidelink shared channel (PSSCH) and a second SCI; and receiving, from the second device through the PSSCH based on the first SL resource, the second SCI and data. Herein, based on resource allocation information for a second SL resource being included in the first SCI, the first device may not monitor retransmission of the data from the second device in a time domain between the first SL resource and the second SL resource, and based on the resource allocation information for the second SL resource not being included in the first SCI, the HARQ RTT timer included in the SL DRX configuration may be started by the first device.

    Abstract: One embodiment relates to a method for transmitting and receiving a signal by means of a base station in a wireless communication system, comprising the steps of: transmitting, to a first terminal, a signal for allocating a resource for a sidelink signal; receiving, from the first terminal, information on the number of one or more Hybrid Automatic Repeat Request (HARQ) Non-ACKnowledgement (NACK) feedbacks for the sidelink signal; and transmitting, to the first terminal, information for allocating a resource for the next sidelink signal, wherein the number of resources for the next sidelink signal is determined on the basis of information on the number of one or more HARQ NACK feedbacks for the sidelink signal.
