    Abstract: The present invention relates to a device and a method for coding a multi-view video, a residual prediction method, according to the present invention, comprising the steps of: deriving a disparity vector of a current block; performing residual prediction on the current block on the basis of the disparity vector; and generating a residual prediction sample, wherein the disparity vector is not derived on the basis of a neighboring block of the current block, but is derived from a preset default vector. According to the present invention, the effect of prediction may be increased by performing residual prediction on the current block according to a certain condition, not only when the disparity vector is induced but also when the disparity vector is not induced from the neighboring block of the current block.

    Abstract: An image decoding method performed by a decoding apparatus, according to the present invention, comprises the steps of: acquiring information on a first SAO and information on a second SAO of a current block through a bit stream; generating a reconstructed block of the current block; and performing an SAO procedure for the reconstructed block on the basis of the first SAO and the second SAO, wherein the information on the first SAO comprises first offset type information applied to the first SAO and first offset value information for n offset values, and the information on the second SAO comprises second offset type information applied to the second SAO and second offset value information for m offset values. According to the present invention, an efficient SAO procedure can be performed on the basis of a plurality of SAOs, and the video quality of images can be further improved.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a device and method for coding a 3D video, and a decoding method according to the present invention comprises the steps of: decoding information on an intra-skip mode for a current block; deriving, as the intra-skip mode, a prediction mode of the current block on the basis of the information on the intra-skip mode; generating a candidate list for the intra-skip mode; and generating a reconstruction sample of the current block on the basis of the candidate list. The present invention can reduce the amount of data to be transmitted and improve coding efficiency by coding a current block on the basis of an intra-skip mode in 3D video coding. In addition, the present invention can perform an intra-skip mode procedure on the basis of an intra-directional mode using a neighboring block in 3D video coding, and reconstruct the current block without a residual signal.

    Abstract: A video decoding method performed by a video decoding apparatus, according to the present document, comprises the steps of: acquiring general constraint information from a bitstream; parsing, from the bitstream, a flag indicating whether or not the general constraint information includes information about constraints to which output layer sets conform; parsing the information about the constraints in the general constraint information on the basis of the flag; and decoding a current picture on the basis of the information about the constraints, wherein the general constraint information includes number information and alignment information about the constraints, and, within the general constraint information, the alignment information may be present after the number information.
