Abstract: A light including a housing having an upper portion, a lower portion, and a central axis. The lower portion defines a battery port. The upper portion acts as a lens. The light further includes a heat sink extending upward from the lower portion of the housing and including a body defining a central aperture. A plurality of light support surfaces are arranged around a perimeter of the body and a top support member is coupled to and oriented perpendicularly relative to the plurality of light support surfaces. The light further includes a first plurality of LEDs coupled to the plurality of light support surfaces and a second plurality of LEDs supported on the top support member. The light further includes a first battery pack and a second battery pack, both of which are electrically connected to the first and second pluralities of LEDs when received in the battery port.

Abstract: A utility light mountable to a workpiece. The light includes a main body having a length extending between a first end and a second end, a light assembly, and a battery. The battery is removably coupled to the first end. The light further includes a first handle coupled to the second end and a second handle movably coupled to the first handle. The second handle is linearly extensible relative to first handle along a direction perpendicular to the length between a retracted position and an extended position. In the extended position, an opening is defined between the second handle and the main body. The opening is configured to receive the workpiece to support the utility light when the handle is in the extended position. The light assembly is disposed above the battery and below the first handle with respect to a direction along the length of the main body.

Abstract: A site light including body, an arm coupled to the body having an adjustable arm length, a light assembly coupled to the arm opposite the body, and a drive mechanism with a crank arm rotatable about a first axis, where rotating the crank arm in a first direction causes the arm length to increase, and where rotating the crank arm in a second direction causes the arm length to decrease. The site light also includes a damper assembly in operable communication with the drive mechanism, where the damper assembly resists rotation of the drive mechanism when the crank arm rotates in the second direction, and where the damper assembly does not resist the rotation of the drive mechanism when the crank arm rotates in the first direction.

Abstract: A stand light includes a telescoping body having a main center shaft, an extension pole extendable out of the main center shaft, and a sleeve movably supported on the main center shaft. A head assembly is supported by the extension pole and includes a light source. A plurality of legs is pivotally coupled to the body and is movable with the sleeve from a collapsed position to an extended position, in which distal ends of the plurality of legs are moved away from the body. When the plurality of legs is in the collapsed position, side portions of the plurality of legs come together to form a handle configured to be grasped by a user.

Abstract: A site light including a body, an arm coupled to the body having an adjustable arm length, a light assembly coupled to the arm opposite the body, and a drive assembly configured to alter the arm length. The drive assembly, in turn, includes a drive wheel mounted for rotation with respect to the body, an idle wheel mounted for rotation with respect to the body, and a biasing member configured to bias the idle wheel toward the drive wheel. The site light also includes a cable coupled to the arm where the cable is positioned between and engaged by both the drive wheel and the idle wheel.

Abstract: A portable lighting device includes a light source, a body supporting the light source, the body including a base having a bottom surface opposite the light source, and a mounting assembly coupled to the base, the mounting assembly including a movable tab. The tab is movable relative to the base between a stored position in which the tab is positioned adjacent the bottom surface and a deployed position in which the tab extends outwardly from the bottom surface. The tab is configured to at least partially support the portable lighting device when the tab is in the deployed position.
