摘要: A charger for an electrical device (e.g., a site light) includes a housing defining an interior cavity, and one or more openings formed in the housing. A heat sink is disposed in the interior cavity of the housing and is operable to dissipate heat produced in the housing. The heat sink is positioned in a facing relationship with the one or more openings such that the heat sink is at least partially exposed to the exterior. The heat sink is in heat transfer relationship with component of charger electronics of the charger.

摘要: A site light including a body, an arm coupled to the body having an adjustable arm length, a light assembly coupled to the arm opposite the body, and a drive assembly configured to alter the arm length. The drive assembly, in turn, includes a drive wheel mounted for rotation with respect to the body, an idle wheel mounted for rotation with respect to the body, and a biasing member configured to bias the idle wheel toward the drive wheel. The site light also includes a cable coupled to the arm where the cable is positioned between and engaged by both the drive wheel and the idle wheel.

摘要: A stand light includes an elongate body defining a longitudinal axis, a collar coupled to the elongate body for movement along the elongate body between a first position and a second position, and a plurality of legs coupled to the collar, the plurality of legs being collapsed against the elongate body when the collar is in the first position and being expanded apart from the elongate body when the collar is in the second position. The stand light also includes a head assembly coupled to an end of the elongate body. The head assembly includes a hub and a plurality of light heads. The hub is pivotably coupled to the end of the elongate body to pivot about a first pivot axis. Each of the plurality of light heads is pivotably coupled to the hub to pivot about a second pivot axis.

摘要: A light including a housing having an upper portion, a lower portion, and a central axis. The lower portion defines a battery port. The upper portion acts as a lens. The light further includes a heat sink extending upward from the lower portion of the housing and including a body defining a central aperture. A plurality of light support surfaces are arranged around a perimeter of the body and a top support member is coupled to and oriented perpendicularly relative to the plurality of light support surfaces. The light further includes a first plurality of LEDs coupled to the plurality of light support surfaces and a second plurality of LEDs supported on the top support member. The light further includes a first battery pack and a second battery pack, both of which are electrically connected to the first and second pluralities of LEDs when received in the battery port.

A second portion of the heat sink is positioned in the one or more openings such that the heat sink is at least partially exposed to the exterior. The heat sink is in heat transfer relationship with components of charger electronics of the charger.

摘要: A standing tool includes a body, a telescoping arm, a head unit, a cable, and a guide rod. The telescoping arm defines an axis therethrough and includes a base end coupled to the body and a distal end movable with respect to the base end. The head unit is coupled to the distal end of the telescoping arm and movable together therewith. The cable of the standing tool includes a first end fixed relative to the body, and a second end opposite the first end that is fixed relative to the head unit. The guide rod is coaxially aligned with the axis of the telescoping arm such that at least a portion of the cable is wrapped around the guide rod.

摘要: A light includes a housing having a lens, a bottom cover, and a middle cover positioned between the lens and the bottom cover. The lens, the bottom cover, and the middle cover cooperate to form a water-tight space. The light additionally includes a chimney having a hollow tube extending from a bottom of the housing to a top of the housing, a heat sink coupled to the chimney and positioned within the lens, and one or more LEDs coupled to the heat sink to emit light through the lens. The light also includes a circuit board positioned within the water-tight space and coupled to the one or more LEDs to control operation of the light.

A plurality of LEDs is coupled to each of the light receiving surfaces and a hollow tube extends from the bottom of the housing and is coupled to the heat sink to define a cooling air passage that passes through the hollow tube and the central aperture to direct cooling air from the bottom of the housing to the top of the housing.
