    Abstract: A portable vacuum cleaner comprises a housing including a storage space and a lid coupled to the housing. The lid is moveable between an open position, in which access to the storage space is provided, and a closed position, in which access to the storage space is blocked. The vacuum cleaner further comprises a handle coupled to the housing, a suction source supported in the housing, a debris collection chamber in fluid communication with the suction source, and a first battery receptacle on the housing. The first battery receptacle is configured to selectively receive a first battery pack that is configured to provide power to the suction source. The vacuum cleaner further comprises a hose port on the housing and in fluid communication with the suction source.

    Abstract: A floor cleaning machine includes a housing having a front end and a rear end, and a rotary brush coupled to the housing for rotation with respect to the housing. A collection bin is configured to receive debris from the rotary brush and a debris intake is in fluid communication with the collection bin. A motor rotates the rotary brush, and a power source supplies power to the motor. A suction source is in fluid communication with the collection bin to draw debris into the debris intake and to direct the debris into the collection bin. A projection is positioned adjacent the rotary brush and the debris intake engage bristles of the rotary brush to dislodge debris from the bristles, so that the suction source is configured to draw debris dislodged from the bristles of the rotary brush into the debris intake.

    Abstract: A power tool includes a housing, a motor positioned within the housing, and an impulse assembly coupled to the motor to receive torque therefrom. The impulse assembly including a cylinder at least partially forming a chamber containing a hydraulic fluid, an anvil positioned at least partially within the chamber, and a hammer positioned at least partially within the chamber and engageable with the anvil for transferring rotational impacts to the anvil. The hammer includes a surface facing the anvil, a first through hole formed in the surface and a second through hole formed in the surface. The impulse assembly further includes a biasing member biasing the hammer towards the anvil. The flow of the hydraulic fluid through the first through hole varies as the hammer translates away from the anvil.

    Abstract: An accessory tool for a vacuum cleaner includes a conduit and a nozzle. The conduit includes a first end coupled to the vacuum cleaner and a second end opposite the first end. The nozzle is coupled to the second end and includes a first portion with a first set of teeth and a first channel with an opening opposite the first set of teeth. The nozzle also includes a second portion with a second set of teeth and a second channel with an opening opposite the second set of teeth. The first set of teeth interlock with the second set of teeth, and are configured to cause the first portion and the second portion to pivot together relative to the conduit between a closed position and an open position.
