Abstract: The present disclosure provides a band usage information generating and reporting method, a charging method, an eNB, a CN, a MME and a UE. The eNB and the UE can generate band usage information for charging, and report the band usage information to the CN, wherein the band usage information involves band usage of at least a first band and a second band, and traffic is assigned to respective bands by the eNB. The Counting entity at the eNB or UE can count the data volume of each band or ratio of data volume via different bands as the band usage information based on the scheduling information of the data. The Charging system located in the CN can process the charging and generate a bill according to the reported band usage information.

Abstract: Received Signal Strength Indicator (RSSI) is measured accurately even in a case where a discovery signal is transmitted. A receiver receives a plurality of subframes, at least one of which includes a discovery signal, and a measurer measures Reference Signal Reception Power (RSRP) using a first resource in which the discovery signal is mapped, measures RSSI using a second resource different from the first resource for which the discovery signal is mapped, and calculates Reference Signal Reception Quality (RSRQ) using RSRP and RSSI.

Abstract: Provided are a user equipment and a wireless communication method for LAA. The user equipment comprises: a receiver operative to receive a UL grant which schedules a subframe for UL transmission; a first circuit operative to perform LBT; a transmitter operative to transmit a PUSCH in the scheduled subframe starting from one available starting position of multiple candidate starting positions in the scheduled subframe if the LBT is successful. According to present disclosure, it is possible to increase the possibility that PUSCH could be sent in the scheduled subframe after LBT.

Abstract: Provided are an eNB, a UE and wireless communication methods. The eNB, in an embodiment, includes circuitry operative to fill a SPS activation/deactivation field in a DCI with a predetermined pattern of bits; and a transmitter operative to transmit the DCI to a first UE for the first UE to start periodically transmitting signals to a second UE or stop periodically transmitting signals to the second UE based on the SPS activation/deactivation field. The DCI is in a SPS format formed by adopting part or all bits of at least one field of DCI format 5 as the SPS activation/deactivation field, and information supposed to be transmitted in the at least one field is indicated with the assistance of or by RRC or MAC signaling.
