Abstract: An electronic device is provided. The electronic device includes an antenna, a transmission path electrically connected to the antenna and including at least one amplifier, a transceiver connected to the transmission path and converting a signal, a feedback path connected between the transmission path and the transceiver, at least one processor connected to the transceiver and communicating with at least one external electronic device by using the transceiver, and a memory connected to the at least one processor. The processor may obtain first information about a first phase and a first magnitude, which are associated with the first frequency, and second information about a second phase and a second magnitude, which are associated with a multiplied frequency of the first frequency, from the transmission signal and the reflection signal using the transceiver, and may determine a state of the electronic device based on the first information and the second information.

Abstract: According to various embodiments, an electronic device may comprise a first communication module, a second communication module, and a processor. The processor may check the strength of a signal received from an external electronic device by using the communication module or the second communication module. If the strength satisfies a first designated condition, the processor may transmit first data, among data to be transmitted to the external electronic device, to the external electronic device by using a first designated frequency corresponding to the first communication module, and may transmit second data, among the data, to the external electronic device by using a second designated frequency corresponding to the second communication module. If the strength satisfies a second designated condition, the processor may check the position of the external electronic device with regard to the electronic device by using the first designated frequency, and may transmit the data to the external electronic device, at least on the basis of the position, by using the second designated frequency. If the strength satisfies a third designated condition, the processor may transmit the data to the external electronic device through the first communication module and the second communication module by using one corresponding designated frequency among the first designated frequency and the second designated frequency. Various other embodiments are possible.

Abstract: An electronic device according to various embodiments of the present invention comprises: a transceiver; a power amplifier; at least one antenna; a coupler; a memory for storing reference phase information; and a processor. The processor may be configured to: transmit an output signal of a designated frequency band by using the transceiver; amplify the output signal by using the power amplifier, radiate the amplified output signal via the at least one antenna; acquire, via the coupler, the amplified output signal and a reflected signal that is the amplified output signal having been reflected from the at least one antenna; identify a reflection coefficient on the basis of the amplified output signal and the reflected signal; on the basis of phase information corresponding to the reflection coefficient, identify a difference value between the phase information corresponding to the reflection coefficient and reference phase information, among items of reference phase information, corresponding to the designated frequency band; and compensate for another output signal to be transmitted through the transceiver, at least on the basis of the difference value. In addition, various embodiments are possible.

Based on a direction of a beam to be formed by the antenna array, a processor connected to the antenna module is configured to control the first switch and the second switch to select at least one of the conductive lines and to control a phase value of at least one of the phase shifters connected to the selected conductive line, based on a length of the selected conductive line.
