摘要： There are provided a transmission/reception switching circuit which is small in insertion loss and harmonic distortion and allows an increase in the output power of a power amplifier and an electronic component for communication on which the transmission/reception switching circuit is mounted. As an element composing a transmission/reception switching circuit in a wireless communication system, series-connected FETs or a multi-gate FET are used in place of a diode. Gate resistors connected between the individual gate terminals and a control terminal are designed to have resistance values which become progressively smaller from the gate to which a highest voltage is applied toward the gate to which a lowest voltage is applied.

摘要： An inspection display signal is supplied to a pixel to be inspected so that a light emitting element operates, and a current flowing through the light emitting element is detected. An element current detection signal having a number of bits which is less than a number of bits of a display data signal generated to be supplied to each pixel based on a video signal is stored in a memory according to a characteristic such as a change range and precision of the obtained element current and is used for variation correction. For example, only bit positions in which a value may change are stored in consideration of the change allowance range of the ON-current detection signal, so that a storage capacity to the memory is reduced without affecting correction precision of variation.

摘要： A dark spot defect caused by short-circuiting in an electroluminescence element is detected based on an emission brightness or a current flowing through the electroluminescence element when an element driving transistor which controls a drive current supplied to the electroluminescence element is operated in its linear operating region and the electroluminescence element is set to an emission level. Prior to the dark spot defect inspection, the dark spot defect is screened by applying a reverse bias voltage between an anode and a cathode of the electroluminescence element. With this process, disappearance of the dark spot defect at a later time resulting in an impossibility of laser repairing or the like is prevented, and inspection and repairing efficiencies are improved. A dim spot defect caused by a characteristic variation of the element driving transistor is detected based on a current flowing through the electroluminescence element or an emission brightness when the element driving transistor is operated in its saturation operating region and the electroluminescence element is set to an emission level.

The distance between the adjacent gate electrodes is narrower than the width of the wider portion. The actuating assembly further comprises a cover that is coupled to the housing and holds thereon a selected element that is exclusively used in either one of the override function unit and the child proof function unit.
