摘要： The present invention provides a variable valve mechanism which includes a rotating cam provided on a camshaft, a swing arm that contacts with the rotating cam to swing, a drive arm that drives a valve in conjunction with the swing arm, a variable arm that turns the drive arm around a swing axis of the swing arm, an actuator that drives the variable arm, and cam device that is provided between the swing arm and the drive arm. The variable arm is provided so as to be able to rotate relatively around the same axis as the swing arm, and the cam device changes the initial position of the drive arm with respect to the swing arm accompanying the turning of the drive arm.

The elastic extending portions extend from the actuator by equal angular intervals about the actuator. The neutral position returning mechanism provides an input device having a low profile.

摘要： A charge pump voltage regulator for converting an input voltage to an output voltage. The regulator includes an input terminal, an output terminal and a common terminal, with the input voltage being received across the input terminal and the common terminal, and the output voltage being produced across the output terminal and the common terminal. The regulator also includes a charge pump circuit coupled to the input terminal, the output terminal and the common terminal, which is operable in a plurality of modes for transferring energy between the input terminal and the output terminal; an output detector circuit for determining a regulation condition in which an output voltage is within a desired range; an oscillator circuit for producing a clock signal; a control circuit coupled to the output detector circuit and the oscillator circuit and operable for selectively operating the charge pump circuit in 3 or more modes, each of which produces a particular ratio between the input voltage and the output voltage, where the control circuit receives input signals from the output detector circuit and the oscillator circuit and selects one of the modes for operating the charge pump circuit based on the input signals.

摘要： There is provided a user interface with which a greater number of processes are executable in response to user operations made to a directional input device. When the directional input device receives a first direction followed by a second direction within a predetermined time period, the amount of change from the first direction to the second direction is calculated. If the calculated change amount exceeds a predetermined range, a first processes associated with each of the first and second directions is performed. If the calculated change amount falls within the predetermined range, a second process associated with the change amount is performed.

The current sensing circuit includes a first sensing circuit coupled to the high-side switch for measuring current flowing in a positive direction through the high-side switch. The first sensing circuit includes a first replica device for generating a current which is a scaled version of the positive current flowing through the high-side switch. The current sensing circuit further includes a second sensing circuit coupled to the high-side switch for measuring current flowing in a negative direction through the high-side switch. The second sensing circuit includes a second replica device for generating a current which is a scaled version of the negative current flowing through the high-side switch.
