摘要： A binder device including a body having a first cover and a second cover directly or indirectly pivotally coupled together and at least partially defining an inner compartment therebetween. The body further includes a binding mechanism positioned in the inner compartment, a first body securing device coupled to the body, and a second body securing device coupled to the body. The binder device includes a strap including first and second strap segments. The strap is movable between a first configuration wherein the first and second strap segments are releasably coupled together to form a continuous strap that is wearable over a shoulder of a user, and a second configuration wherein the first strap segment is releasably coupled the first body securing device and the second strap segment is releasably coupled to the second body securing device such that the first and second strap segments each at least partially defines a loop. Each loop is shaped and configured to receive an arm of a user therethrough such that the binder device is wearable on a back of the user in the manner of a backpack. Each strap segment is configured to be releasably coupled to only one of the first or second body securing devices.

摘要： A backpack including a body having a back surface configured to be positioned adjacent to a back of a wearer when the backpack is worn. The body further includes a front surface at least partially spaced away from the back surface to define an inner cavity therebetween. The body has a pair of opposed side surfaces, each side surface extending between the back surface and the front surface. The backpack includes at least one shoulder strap coupled to the body and positionable over a shoulder of a wearer and a releasable fastener that is openable to provide access to the inner cavity or closable to block access to the inner cavity. The fastener extends at least partially across the front surface and both side surfaces. At least part of the releasable fastener on the side surfaces, at a position away from an outer perimeter of each side surface, extends at a non-perpendicular angle relative to the back surface. The body includes a hinge line about which the body is predetermined to bend, and the backpack is configured such that when the releasable fastener is opened the backpack includes a cover at least partially defined by the releasable fastener which is hingedly movable about the hinge line.

摘要： An electronic device configured to communicate with a portable apparatus to selectively engage a security member includes a housing having an opening formed therein. The opening is configured to receive at least a portion of the security member. The electronic device also includes a latch mechanism positioned within the housing adjacent the opening. The processor is operable to move the latch mechanism out of engagement with the security member in response to the wireless signal.

摘要： A pocket device for papers or the like includes a major panel and a pocket panel attached to the inner surface of the major panel to define a pocket between the major panel and the pocket panel. The pocket panel has a secured edge along which the pocket panel is attached to the major panel. The pocket panel has a stress relief area for reducing and minimizing tearing of the pocket panel. The stress relief area located along the free edge proximate to the secured edge.

The head further includes a linear element positioned between the plurality of engagement elements. The linear element is movable relative to the plurality of engagement elements to push the plurality of engagement elements radially outward. The security apparatus also includes a security device attached to the head and configured to engage the immovable object.
