摘要： A latch assembly for coupling with a device is provided. The latch assembly defines an X direction, a Y direction, a Z direction, and a centerline that extends along the Z direction. The centerline defines an inward direction and an outward direction. The latch assembly includes a first attachment member, a second attachment member, and an actuating member. The actuating member is configured to move from a first position to a second position along the Z direction. The actuating member is further configured to exert an inward force onto the first attachment member and onto the second attachment member when the actuating member is in the second position. The latch assembly includes a biasing member configured to pivot at least one of the first attachment member or the second attachment member in the outward direction when the actuating member is moved from the second position to the first position.

摘要： An anti-theft device for securing an article of merchandise against unauthorized removal from a display counter. The anti-theft device includes a plurality of arms configured to immobilize the article of merchandise relative to a tray. At least one arm is operated by an electromechanical release mechanism between closed and opened positions. When the electromechanically actuated arm is in the closed position, the article of merchandise is immobilized relative to the tray. When the electromechanically actuated arm is transitioned into the open position, the article of merchandise can be removed from the tray. The anti-theft device may include a locking mechanism configured to transition between a locked configuration, in which the arms are immobilized relative to the tray, and an unlocked configuration, in which the arms can be extended or retracted relative to the tray.

摘要： A cooler and freezer access control system locks a cooler or freezer when occurrence of an event is detected that requires limiting access to the inside of the cooler or freezer. Examples of such events include the loss of power to the cooler or freezer for a predetermined period of time, the opening of the cooler or freezer door for longer than an allowed time, the loss of functionality of a temperature probe and others. In an embodiment, a service mode is supported wherein the door is left unlocked despite the occurrence of such an event, to allow a stocker or other personnel to leave the cooler or freezer door open while stocking the cooler or freezer with product.

摘要： A security apparatus for a portable electronic device having an aperture includes a lock mechanism having a lock cylinder and a cam member. The lock cylinder is configured to be rotated by a key. The cam member is coupled to the lock cylinder for rotation with the lock cylinder. The cam member has a slot. The security apparatus also includes an engagement mechanism having a first finger, a second finger, and a plunger. The first finger and the second finger are configured to be inserted into the aperture of the portable electronic device. The plunger is positioned between the first finger and the second finger and has a cam follower positioned within the slot of the cam member. As the cam member is rotated by the lock cylinder, the plunger pushes the first finger and the second finger apart from each other to engage the portable electronic device.

摘要： A stepless adjustable electronic device locking apparatus has a fixing member, a stage adjusting mechanism, a driving mechanism, an unlocking member, and a lock. The driving mechanism selectively unfolds the fixing member to engage in an anti-theft hole based on a current one of working stages to which the stage adjusting mechanism adjusts. The unlocking member is able to fold the fixing member. By separating adjustment of the working stages and movement of the fixing member, the movements of the fixing member do not interfere in the working stages. Therefore, the unlocking member can be applied to the driving mechanism to unlock. The fixing member can be folded to disengage from the anti-theft hole through the unlocking member without being reversely rotated and adjusting the working stages, so as to unlocking quickly.

摘要： A lock assembly for preventing theft of an electronic mobile device (EMD) is configured to engage a security cavity formed in the 2 mm thick outer wall of the EMD. The security cavity has left and right outwardly-flaring side walls extending away from the opening. The lock body supports first and second locking elements, each of which is configured to be insertable into the security cavity and has an arcuately-shaped side wall that is complementary in shape to the right/left outwardly flaring side wall of the security cavity. The first and second locking elements cooperate structurally to become wedged inside the security cavity in manner that prevents separation of the lock body from the EMD while the first and second locking elements are positioned inside the security cavity. Preferably, the arcuately-shaped sides of the locking elements extend over an arc angle of 180 degrees. A cable is coupled to the lock body to enable tethering the EMD to an immovable object, to prevent its theft.
