摘要: An improved device for heating hearing aid microtubes is presented, the invention comprised of inexpensive electrical parts and a simple plastic base. The device possesses a heater flue that is shaped to concentrate the heat from the heating element along a short length of the hearing aid audio tube to be formed as well as a metal reflector to increase the efficiency of the heater element. The device has nonskid feet and air holes to improve the cooling of the device.

摘要: The hearing device comprises at least one microphone (2) arranged within the housing (3) of the hearing device, with its sound inlet aperture (2′) being connected via a canal (7) to the outside of the housing (3) and a sound permeable cover (10) serving as microphone protection that is arranged in the region of the outlet opening of said canal (7). The canal (7) of the hearing device is provided as a blind hole and the microphone (2) is arranged at the side of said canal (7) and at least one opening or channel (9) is provided connecting said canal (7) with said sound inlet aperture (2′) of said microphone (2). By providing the canal (7) as a blind hole, all dirt eventually intruding the canal (7) will be collected at the bottom (7″) of canal (7) and will therefore not reach directly the microphone (2) or the sound inlet openings of the microphone (2) respectively.

摘要: A wearing hook is provided for the behind-the-ear hearing device to improve acoustic stability. The wearing hook being composed of a metal part and a plastic part. The wearing hook is split substantially at a right angle to the sound channel, which runs along the inside of a wearing hook, into a first section and a second section. The first section, via which the wearing hook is mountable on the behind-the-ear hearing device, is substantially composed of a plastic. On the other hand the second section is substantially composed of a metal. The additional mass of the metal reduces the vibrations at the point of the wearing hook so that acoustic stability is improved.

摘要: The present invention relates to an adaptor for a BTE hearing aid with a housing to be worn behind the ear, an earpiece for insertion in the earcanal, and a signal transmission member for transmission of a signal from the housing at a first end of the member to the earpiece at a second end of the member, the signal transmission member having a connector at the first end, wherein the housing and the connector of the signal transmission member are not adapted for mutual mechanical interconnection, wherein the adaptor has a first end that is geometrically adapted for mechanical connection with the connector of the signal transmission member and a second end that is geometrically adapted for mechanical connection with the housing, so that the signal transmission member and the housing can be mechanically interconnected through the adaptor whereby the variety of signal transmission member units to be kept in stock by a hearing aid dispenser is substantially minimized.
