    摘要： The present invention relates to a cosmetics case including a cover having a lock protrusion and a hinge protrusion; a base case to which the cover is pivotally connected; an intermediate case installed in the base case and in which a button and a spring are installed; a powder case receiving solid powder therein, installed in the intermediate case and supported by the spring; and a grinding member rotatably installed in a coupling groove of the intermediate case to grind the surface of the solid powder received in the powder case. The present invention provides the cosmetics case capable of rotating in both directions, in which rotation in one direction permits grinding of the solid powder and rotation in the other direction permits pressing down of the surface of the solid powder, thereby preventing the ground powder from being discharged outwards, and after use, the cover is closed to prevent impurities from being put into the solid powder.

    摘要： A cosmetic kit has a backing portion on which there are receptacles for containing cosmetics. Each receptacle contains a cosmetic suitable for use on a different portion of the human face. The receptacles themselves or a mask which overlies the receptacles are in shapes which pictorially represent the portion of the face on which each cosmetic is to be used. Thus the user need merely use the cosmetic in the receptacle pictorially representing the portion of the face on which the cosmetic is to be applied; assuring that the proper cosmetic is used for each portion of the face. The kit may be contained in a carrying case which includes a mirror and a receptacle for cosmetic applicators.

    摘要： A compact adapted to package a cosmetic in paste or cream form that includes volatile agents, the cosmetic package being hermetically sealed to prolong its shelf-life. The compact is provided with a case on whose base is anchored a cylindrical shell for storing the cosmetic. Surrounding the shell is an elastomeric sealing collar having a circular array of elastomeric legs extending from its lower edge and resting on the base of the case. Formed on the inner surface of the lid is a circular pressure ring which when the lid is swung down to close the compact then engages and applies downward pressure to the upper edge of the sealing collar to hermetically seal the cosmetic stored in the shell. This action compresses the legs which then exert an upward pressure on the collar to tighten its engagement with the ring and thereby strengthen the seal.

The kit includes a case having a plurality of module sites, each site being defined by a set of guide pins anchored on the base of the case to abut the sides of the module seated at the site. Hinged to the case is a frame plate which swings down to engage the upper edge of the case to lock the modules therein. The plate is provided with a plurality of openings, each framing a respective module seated at a site to expose the cosmetic therein. To replace a module whose cosmetic is exhausted, the frame plate is raised and a fresh module is substituted at the site for the exhausted module.
