    摘要: A wind break device for a microphone includes an airflow diverter and a flow separation edge partially bordering a microphone end of the airflow diverter. The microphone zone located between the flow separation edge and is part of the recirculation zone. The microphone is located in the microphone zone. Airflow separates from one of the airflow diverter or the flow separation edge. The separated airflow is directed as one of recirculating airflow or a major airflow and the recirculating airflow is directed into the recirculation zone. The major airflow is directed over the microphone zone and the recirculation zone to reduce the level of pressure fluctuations experienced by the microphone in the microphone zone.

    摘要: In a condenser microphone including a microphone unit and an output module section which are connected to each other via a microphone cord, the length of a microphone cord in the output module section is shortened without interfering with soldering of the microphone cord to a circuit board of the output module section, so that noise caused by electromagnetic waves is prevented. In a condenser microphone where a condenser microphone unit 10 and an output module section 20, in which a circuit board 22 is housed in a shield case 21, are connected to each other via a microphone cord 30, a connection metal part 110 of the microphone cord and an output connector 23 are fixed to the circuit board 22 which can be inserted and removed in and from the shield case 21, the connection metal part 110 being detachably fit into an end opening 21a of the shield case 21. The connection metal part 110 of the microphone cord can be removed from the shield case 21 together with the circuit board 22.

    摘要: Even in the case where the volume of a back air chamber is small, sounds with a low frequency (low range) can be captured by equivalently decreasing the acoustic impedance of the back air chamber. A dynamic microphone includes a microphone unit 20 that includes a diaphragm 21 having a voice coil 21a and a magnetic circuit 22 having a magnetic gap; and a microphone case 10 that supports the microphone unit 20 on one end side thereof and has the back air chamber 12a provided on the back surface side of the diaphragm 21 via an acoustic resistance material 26 therein. In this dynamic microphone, an additional microphone unit 40 is provided besides the microphone unit 20; a membrane plate 50 consisting of a piezoelectric element, which deforms curvedly toward the back air chamber 12a side according to an applied voltage, is provided between the acoustic resistance material 26 and the back air chamber 12a; and the membrane plate 50 is driven by the sound signal (voltage signal) delivered from the additional microphone unit 40. Thereby, the acoustic impedance of the back air chamber 12a is decreased equivalently.

The attenuation of the high frequency region attributable to mismatching of acoustic impedance can be restrained by installing a microphone on a surface of the skin immediately below the mastoid of a human, and sampling with condenser microphone portion via hardened silicone rubber or the like muscle-conduced vibrations of non-audible respiratory sounds articulated along with motions (motions of the mouth) not involving regular vibrations of the vocal cords.
