    Abstract: This multifrequency device (10) is configured to be connected via at least two conductors (121, 122) to an electricity supply grid (11). This device comprises: at least one radiofrequency module (13) comprising at least one first and one second input/output port (131, 132), which ports are able to emit and/or receive radiofrequency signals at two different frequencies; and at least two matching circuits (14, 15) that are configured to block the propagation of radiofrequency signals propagating over the conductors, each matching circuit comprising a plurality of terminals. One terminal (141, 151) of each matching circuit is connected to the first conductor or to the second conductor. One terminal (142, 151) of each matching circuit is connected to the first input/output port or to the second input/output port of the radiofrequency module. This device also comprises decoupling means (C1, C2) that are configured to stop the propagation of electrical supply signals between the conductors and between at least one conductor and an input/output port of the radiofrequency module.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a sliding window for a building, including a frame, an opening member and a motorized drive device. The device includes an electromechanical actuator, a flexible element and a pulley for winding the flexible element. The pulley is rotated by an output shaft of the actuator. One end of a first strand of the flexible element connects to a first portion of the pulley. One end of a second strand of the flexible element connects to a second portion of the pulley. The pulley and the output shaft have the same axis of rotation. The device also includes a first angle transmission mechanism engaging the first strand, so as to guide the first strand relative to the first portion of the pulley, and a second angle transmission mechanism engaging with the second strand, so as to guide the second strand relative to the second portion of the pulley.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a sliding window for a building including a motorized drive device and device for locking an opening member relative to a window frame in a locked chained position, having a first sub-assembly on the window frame and a second sub-assembly on the opening member. Also disclosed is a method for controlling the operation of such drive device, including, during a configuration phase, a step of determining reference positions of the second sub-assembly relative to the first sub-assembly. Moreover, the method includes, during a control phase: receiving an order to control the movement of an electromechanical actuator by an electronic control unit, and moving the opening member at a first set speed or a second set speed, as a function of the order received, at least one preceding order executed and the position of the second sub-assembly relative to the first sub-assembly, according to the reference positions.

    Abstract: A method for configuring a motorized drive device for a solar protection home automation unit includes a step of triggering the rolling-up of a screen from an unrolled position, in which the screen is relaxed, towards a rolled-up position. This method further includes a step of measuring a magnitude of an electrical current passing through an electric motor using a measurement device, a step of determining a first maximum value of the measured magnitude, indicative of a position of breakage of the arms of a screening device, and a step of determining a lowered end-of-travel position of the screen. The lowered end-of-travel position of the screen corresponds to a measured-magnitude value lower than the first maximum value. The lowered end-of-travel position of the screen lies before the position of breakage of the arms of the screening device, in the direction of unrolling of the screen.
