Abstract: A method and apparatus are disclosed. In an example from the perspective of a User Equipment (UE), the UE receives an uplink (UL) grant. The UL grant is indicative of a first Physical Uplink Shared Channel (PUSCH) transmission on a first Transmission/Reception Point (TRP) of a first cell. The UL grant is indicative of a second PUSCH transmission on a second TRP of the first cell. The UE transmits a Power Headroom Reporting (PHR) Medium Access Control (MAC) Control Element (CE). Based on the UL grant, the PHR MAC CE is indicative of a first power headroom (PH), associated with the first TRP, based on a real PUSCH transmission, and is indicative of a second PH, associated with the second TRP, based on a reference PUSCH transmission. The second PUSCH transmission is performed after transmitting the PHR MAC CE.

Abstract: A method and apparatus are disclosed from the perspective of a User Equipment (UE). In one embodiment, the method includes the UE being configured with a first DL (Downlink) BWP (Bandwidth Part) and a second DL BWP. The method also includes the UE receiving and/or monitoring a DCI (Downlink Control Information) in a scheduling CORESET (Control Resource Set) in the first DL BWP, and for determining size of the DCI for decoding, the UE determines whether a TCI (Transmission Configuration Indication) field is present in the DCI or not based on a parameter of the scheduling CORESET before the UE decodes the DCI successfully. The method further includes the UE truncates or pads zero-bits to at least one field (other than the TCI field) in the DCI based on configuration of the second DL BWP after the UE decodes successfully the DCI, wherein a BWP indicator field in the DCI indicates the second DL BWP different from the first DL BWP. In addition, the method includes the UE determines whether the TCI field is present in the DCI or not based on the parameter of the scheduling CORESET in the first DL BWP after the UE decodes successfully the DCI, wherein a BWP indicator field in the DCI indicates the second DL BWP different from the first DL BWP.

Abstract: In an example, a User Equipment (UE) is configured with one or more first Physical Uplink Control Channel (PUCCH) resources on a primary cell (PCell) and configured with one or more second PUCCH resources on a secondary cell (SCell). The PCell and the SCell are associated with a PUCCH group. Before a first slot, the UE changes an active uplink (UL) bandwidth part (BWP) of a cell. The cell associated with the changing the active UL BWP is the PCell or the SCell. A first occasion of the PCell is before the changing the active UL BWP. A second occasion of the SCell is before the changing the active UL BWP. The first occasion and the second occasion are associated with the first slot. The UE determines whether or not to include Hybrid Automatic Repeat request (HARQ) information, associated with the second occasion, in a HARQ codebook based on whether or not the SCell, associated with transmitting the HARQ codebook, is the same as the cell associated with the changing the active UL BWP. The UE transmits, in the first slot and on the SCell, a PUCCH including the HARQ codebook.

Abstract: A method and apparatus are disclosed from the perspective of a UE. The UE receives one or more SPS configurations associated to a BWP, wherein based on the one or more SPS configurations, there are more than one SPS PDSCHs in a slot comprising at least a first set of SPS PDSCHs associated to a first cast type and a second set of SPS PDSCHs associated to a second cast type. The UE also prioritizes a first SPS PDSCH with lowest SPS configuration index among the first set of SPS PDSCHs. Furthermore, the UE prioritizes a second SPS PDSCH with lowest SPS configuration index among the second set of SPS PDSCHs. In addition, the UE receives and/or decodes the prioritized first SPS PDSCH and the prioritized second SPS PDSCH, wherein the second SPS PDSCH and the first SPS PDSCH are time domain overlapping and frequency domain non-overlapping.

Abstract: A method and apparatus are disclosed from the perspective of a first device to perform sidelink communication. In one embodiment, the first device has a periodic sidelink resource reservation, wherein the periodic sidelink resource reservation comprises, reserves, or provides one set of sidelink resources in one period. The first device also has one or more sidelink logical channels with available sidelink data, wherein the one or more sidelink logical channels are associated with one or more destinations. Furthermore, the first device selects or determines a first destination, among the one or more destinations, satisfying at least a condition that an initial sidelink resource of the one set of sidelink resources is within sidelink active time associated with the first destination. In addition, the first device generates a first data packet for the first destination. Also, the first device performs one or more sidelink transmissions on the one set of sidelink resources to the first destination, wherein the one or more sidelink transmissions includes, delivers, or comprises the first data packet.
