    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the technical field of display, and provides a bearing substrate, a binding assembly, and a binding method thereof. The bearing substrate may be bound to an integrated substrate. A thermal expansion coefficient of the bearing substrate is greater than a thermal expansion coefficient of the integrated substrate. The integrated substrate includes a plurality of second binding terminals distributed at equal intervals in a same direction. The bearing substrate includes a plurality of first binding terminal sets distributed at equal intervals in a first direction, and each of the first binding terminal sets includes a plurality of first binding terminals distributed at equal intervals in the first direction for binding with the plurality of the second binding terminals one-to-one.

The input circuit is configured to transmit an input signal received at an input terminal to a first node in response to a first clock signal received at a first clock signal terminal. The first control circuit is configured to transmit a first voltage of a first voltage terminal to a second node in response to the first clock signal received at the first clock signal terminal.     Abstract: A display panel includes: an active area; a peripheral area; a solder pad area at a side of the peripheral area away from the active area; a first source-drain electrode layer, a passivation layer and a second source-drain electrode layer and a dielectric layer stacked on a back plate in the peripheral area; a touch electrode in the active area; a touch electrode line connected to the touch electrode. The touch electrode line extends from the active area to the peripheral area, and is connected to the solder pad area through the second source-drain electrode layer in the peripheral area. The touch electrode line is connected to the second source-drain electrode layer through a first through hole in the dielectric layer. A portion of a surface of the second source-drain electrode layer, which is away from the passivation layer and exposed through the first through hole, is a flat surface.

    Abstract: A manufacturing method of OLED microcavity structure is provided. The manufacturing method includes: forming a reflective anode on a substrate; forming a transparent conductive film layer having a thickness corresponding to a required pixel on the reflective anode; patterning the transparent conductive film layer and the reflective anode with a pixel mask corresponding to the required pixel to form a pattern of the required pixel; and repeating the above steps on a resultant structure surface according to display requirements until a pixel display structure required by a display device is obtained.

    Abstract: The embodiments of the present disclosure provide a display panel, a display device, and a method for displaying Braille information. The display panel includes a plurality of scan lines, data lines, and display circuits arranged at intersections of the plurality of scan lines and the plurality of data lines. The display circuit includes a switch configured to be turned on or off according to a scan signal from the scan line, and a dot element coupled to the switch. The dot element includes a substrate, an electrode provided on the substrate, a thermosensitive layer provided on the electrode, and a dot key arranged on the thermosensitive layer. The electrode is coupled to the switch, and configured to be applied with a data signal from the data line when the switch is turned on. The thermosensitive layer is configured to be heated by the electrode to protrude the dot.
