    Abstract: In the information transmission method provided in this disclosure, a terminal device receives downlink control information. The downlink control information includes first information, and the first information indicates an uplink control channel resource for carrying uplink control information. The uplink control channel resource belongs to a first uplink control channel resource set, and the first uplink control channel resource set includes at least two uplink control channel resources that correspond to different quantities of symbols, or includes at least two uplink control channel resources that correspond to different quantities of resource blocks. The terminal device sends uplink control information to a network device by using the uplink control channel resource.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a power determining method, a user equipment, and a base station. The method includes: determining an initial transmit power of each transmission object in a transmission object set; when a sum of initial transmit powers of all the transmission objects in the transmission object set is greater than a maximum transmit power, performing a power reduction operation based on a priority sequence of information corresponding to the transmission objects, so as to acquire an available transmit power of each transmission object in the transmission object set, where a sum of available transmit powers of all the transmission objects in the transmission object set is not greater than the maximum transmit power; and sending each transmission object in the transmission object set according to the available transmit power corresponding to each transmission object in the transmission object set.

    Abstract: The present invention provides an information transmission method and an apparatus, so as to resolve a problem of high power consumption of a base station resulted from excessively high information overheads for transmitting an MIB by the base station. The method includes: generating, by a base station, an MIB including first bandwidth indication information and a radio frame configuration field; and sending the MIB using a time-frequency resource in a radio frame. Compared with a conventional MIB including a plurality of configuration parameters such as system bandwidth information, a frame number of a radio frame for transmitting the MIB, and PHICH configuration information, the MIB transmitted by the base station in embodiments of the present invention includes two configuration parameters: the first bandwidth indication information and the radio frame configuration field.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method including: determining, by a network device, a resource element group corresponding to a control channel, where the resource element group includes a first resource element for carrying downlink control information and a second resource element for carrying a reference signal, and the reference signal is used to demodulate the downlink control information carried by the resource element group; and sending the downlink control information by using the control channel, wherein resource elements comprised in the resource element group are distributed in all symbols of a time domain resource occupied by the control channel. This provides a possibility of supporting forward compatibility.

    Abstract: A data transceiving method includes: receiving a first reference signal transmitted on a subcarrier in a target physical resource block, and performing, according to a first mapping rule, corresponding processing on the first reference signal received from the subcarrier in the target physical resource block, where the first mapping rule defines at least mapping of the first reference signal to 10 specified subcarriers in a physical resource block, none of the 10 specified subcarriers are in a DC subcarrier candidate set, and the first reference signal includes a PCRS. In the embodiments of this application, only the 10 specified subcarriers in the physical resource block that are not used as DC subcarriers are selected to transmit the first reference signal, and no additional DC subcarrier is set. In this way, a quantity of downlink subcarriers in a system does not change dynamically.

In a communications apparatus provided in an embodiment, a processing module is configured to determine a frame structure of a serving cell. The first subframe includes: a first part that includes a symbol used for downlink transmission; a second part that includes a guard period GP; and a third part that includes a symbol used for uplink transmission, and the uplink transmission includes uplink control information transmission; and a transceiver module is configured to send and receive information in the serving cell.     Abstract: A resource mapping method and an apparatus are provided relating to the communications field, the solutions capable of flexibly implementing resource mapping of a channel or a signal. In one example implementation, first information is obtained that is used to indicate a cyclic shift start resource block location or a cyclic shift end resource block location for resource mapping of a first channel or a first signal in a resource block cyclic shift manner in a bandwidth used by user equipment. A resource mapping location of the first channel or the first signal in the bandwidth used by the user equipment is determined according to the resource block cyclic shift manner and the first information. The first channel or the first signal is received or sent at the resource mapping location. The resource mapping method and the apparatus are used to map a resource.
