    Abstract: Method and apparatus for a user equipment (UE) transmitting uplink signals in a wireless communication system are disclosed. For this end, the UE, receiving first uplink grant information and logical channel priority information associated with the first uplink grant, constructs a first data unit including data from one or more radio bearers with first logical channel priority corresponding to the logical channel priority information. And, the UE transmits the first data unit to a network.

    Abstract: In the present invention, a transmitting device receives, at a packet data convergence protocol (PDCP) layer, a PDCP service data unit (SDU) from an upper layer. The transmitting device generates, at the PDCP layer, a PDCP protocol data unit (PDU) containing the PDCP SDU. The transmitting device submits, at the PDCP layer, the PDCP PDU to a lower layer. If the PDCP SDU includes a transmission control protocol (TCP) ACK packet, the PDCP layer generates a PDCP control PDU as the PDCP PDU.

    Abstract: According to the present invention, a user equipment (UE) receives semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) resource configuration information relating to SPS resources and receives an SPS command indicating activation or deactivation of the SPS resources. The UE flushes, in response to the SPS command, a buffer of an HARQ process associated with an SPS resource to transmit an SPS confirmation medium access control (MAC) control element (CE). The UE transmits a new MAC protocol data unit (PDU) including the SPS confirmation MAC CE on the SPS resource by using the HARQ process.
